Transportation will be arranged for you at the airport’s designated pick-up location at the scheduled time and date. Upon your arrival, a greeter will be present at the arrivals gate within the terminal. Your driver will be stationed on the transportation level (-2). The greeter will assist with your luggage and introduce you to your driver, who will transport you to your destination.

Our drivers are already informed of the destination address, so there is no need to explain the route. The driver will confirm your destination before departing from the airport.

All our vehicles come with complimentary water bottles, air-conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.

Upon reaching your destination, the driver will assist with your luggage and wish you a pleasant stay.

All our vehicles are considered premium, are cleaned on a daily basis and disinfected before and after every new journey.

You can cancel or amend your trip at no cost, up to 6 hours prior to your booked time of journey. In case your flight was cancelled or delayed, we will amend your booking at no cost, even outside of the 6-hour notice timeframe.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
