Airport Transfer - The driver was very professional and the car was well maintained and luxury. The transfer was very smooth. The pick-up is from the lowest level basement.

Very reliable service! - Extremely reliable service. Very responsive. Punctual. Competitively priced. Good driver. Not a rash driver. Picked me up from and dropped me back to the airport with zero trouble. Highly recommend. Just drop them a WhatsApp message and the rest will take care of itself. Thank you so much, guys!

Great communication and prompt! - Great service! Prompt reply and communication, the driver was even early, texting to let us know he was there. Very reasonable as well since we would have been charged three times the amount by our higher end hotel!

Wonderful experience! - Wonderful service - such a comfortable ride. our flight was late and they were waiting for us, our driver was very good and it was a fast journey. Our hotel was charging double price to arrange - glad we went with rento for better service.

No hassle comfortable transfer - Easy to find. The driver was polite and friendly. He was a really good, safe driver. The van was in excellent condition and very comfortable. I was dropped off as close as we could get a d he took the time to point me to the street a block away. I will definitely use them again.

Smooth movement - The communication was very good and the meeting went smoothly and I was able to get to and from the airport with peace of mind. The car was too big for three people, but the driver was kind.

Good price, but driving not so good - The service was generally ok, but driver needs safe driving lessons. He drove with one hand with a celular phone most of the time. We did not feel safe during the 1 h trip.

Awful - DO NOT USE! Driver does not help with luggage but expects a tip. Also he dropped us 1km from the correct entrance, despite asking which airline we are on. He is a rogue driver with many previous complaints. The company refused to compensate us. Never use them again!!!

Not sure how or why this is so high rated. - We were a family of 5 travelling from IST to Taksim and we had a terrible experience with this airport cab service. We were simply kept waiting for 45 minutes with a "1 minute, 1 minute" dialogue. When the cab finally arrived it was a broken down VW rather than the shiny Mercedes shown in pictures. I cannot really fault our driver who was actually quite nice, but the coordination at the airport and the behavior of the staff there leaves so much to be desired. Cannot also pretend that it is significantly cheaper than alternatives.
Overall I would highly recommend choosing literally anything else.
