Once you book with us, we confirm the reservation by reaching out to you. For airport pickups, we have designated meeting points (Gate 13 and code M55 for IST airport, and Column 9 and code HR-24 for SAW airport). After landing in Istanbul and collecting your baggage, proceed to the meeting point where our colleagues are available 24/7. They will greet you and assist you to the vehicle.

For hotel or location pickups, we provide the vehicle details, and the driver will contact you before arriving at your pickup location.

Throughout your journey, your travel advisor will be available around the clock. Prior to your trip, vehicles will be sanitized and all travel information will be communicated to your driver.

In case of a flight delay, the vehicle will be on standby based on your flight status. The vehicle will wait for you at no extra cost for up to 1.5 hours after your flight lands. If your transfer is from the hotel to the airport, the vehicle will be ready at your scheduled pick-up time and will wait for up to 30 minutes at no additional charge.
