Amazing experience! - We had a great time on the tour. Hosts were professional and safety conscious but fun and personable making time to talk with everyone throughout the trip about surrounding wildlife and scenery. We saw dolphins and turtles right next to the kayaks. Wonderful! A couple of us were sea sick so would recommend taking a sickness tablet before if you are prone to that. Great experience, well priced and with fantastic guides. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience - Amazing guide, amazing experience. We’ve seen dolphins and tortoises , natural beauty. Also we stopped to snorkel and the ocean was beautiful. Would really recommend to try it out!

Amazing experience! - Amazing experience! Our guides were extremely kind, caring and well prepared. We got the chance to see 2 dolphins along our journey. We were a group of 5 girls and we spent a very nice morning all together. Absolutely recommend!

Worth every penny! - I had the best time Kayaking with Canary Kayak Tenerife. Yvette and Ben were super sweet and relaxed. They made the experience fun and safe. We got to see a wild dolphin and several sea turtles as well. I loved that we also stopped to go snorkeling and got to see many species of Canarian fish 🐠 🐟. Best value experience in the water to date!

Amazing Experience - An amazing experience for myself and my husband. The owner recommended we opt for an earlier time, which was definitely the better choice. We were also lucky enough to see a group of dolphins and a turtle during our trip. The snorkeling was also nice and we learned a lot about the marine life and the island during our outing. Photos are also included as well, just waiting to get them (our tour was only yesterday).

Cancelled for no apparent reason - We booked the 12:30 kayak experience the day before and communicated with the organiser who confirmed a few things. We made the organiser aware that we would be travelling from Puerto De La Cruz via Santa Cruz, a 2 hour journey to get to Los Cristianos. At 10:15 a message was sent, which we picked up as we arrived in Los Cristianos, advising the excursion had been cancelled due to rough conditions. We were disappointed but accepted that safety comes first. We made alternative arrangements and were most perplexed when the boat we were on passed the cliffs at the same time that we would have been kayaking there and saw 3 large groups of individuals in kayaks and observed that conditions were calm. Needless to say, we were left feeling let down and confused why the excursion we were booked on had been cancelled but other excursions had not been.

Very disappointed - I don't understand why you write the address and meeting time, and then quietly write "Show up 30 min in advance". We arrived at the time you indicated, no one was there. After waiting 10 minutes, we called and were told that it was too late, there was nothing to do, that they were already sailing. No one even bothered to call us and ask if we would be there, where we were, although they saw from the list that we had ordered that we had not arrived, they could have called us, we were in this area, we could have arrived earlier. Apart from accusations against us that we had not arrived on time, we heard nothing. No one offered to come at another time or on another day. Terrible service!

Bad experience - I had an unfortunate experience with this business regarding a booking cancellation. On April 27, I notified them via WhatsApp, a full three days before our scheduled trip, to cancel our booking. I was assured I would receive a full refund by May 15 at the latest. However, by May 17, no refund had been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was met with continuous excuses and delays. The refund process should have been a straightforward reversal of payment, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. This experience has left me very wary of this business. I advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider this when booking with them.
