We saw turtles and dolphins - The experience was amazing. Irina, we found her to be a lovely girl, very kind and her explanations were very interesting, as she told us she is a marine biologist. So I knew a lot about it. We saw turtles and dolphins and it was awesome. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely repeat the experience.

Fun and interesting - Really enjoyable trip. Lucky enough to see a family of dolphins around 30 meters away from us for 15 minutes or so. 1 turtle 🐢 sighting. The guide looks after you really well and was very friendly.

3 Hours well spent - A fantastic few hours kayaking with our guide Manuel! After a safety talk we hit the water and paddled out to spot some dolphins which we found 🐬 We then continued along for a short break and swim before going to the snorkling spot. On our way back we had an incredible experience of 3 dolphins breaching right in front of us. Manuel's enthusiasm, fun personality and love for the water made the trip perfect for us! If we come back we will be sure to visit again to try and see some turtles

Fun, knowledgeable, value for money - The team were very friendly and experienced. They made sure everyone had a good time- even towing one kayak that was struggling to paddle. Great equipment. Definitely recommend!

Highlight of our holiday - We went as a couple and it was the highlight of our trip. We saw 3 turtles up close and they were so beautiful. Our tour guide (can’t remember his name but wears a cross necklace and medium length brown hair) was fantastic. He knew lots about the wildlife and the ocean, and it was clear that our safety was the priority in the trip. He didn’t leave anyone behind and controlled the pace well. We tipped him at the end due to this! My partner had never kayaked before and found this fine. Both of us do regular exercise so this was very do-able for us. Take water, sunscreen and cover up if you are at risk of sun-burn as there is no shade available. I cannot recommend this trip anymore! It truly was fantastic.

Not what was expected. - Not a great experience.. guides rude and made people feel more like a burden than a paying customer.. saw no turtles and/or dolphins.. barely any diving!

No Emergency Procedures! - What should have been a great adventure turned out to be a nightmare. My daughters (17/19) and I had booked the kayak tour via Get Your Guide. It all started well with the guide showing us what to expect and a Health and Safety brief. Unfortunately in the tour, my 17 year old daughter fell ill. With the heat and exhaustion, she started to pass out. The instructor said she had called someone but they were busy. They carried on the tour with me in my single kayak and my daughters in there double kayak being way behind. My daughter then passed out on 2 more occasions, but there was no assistance and the tour continued. They didn’t seem to understand or chose not to care! They seemed to have no emergency procedure! By now we were way behind as I stayed moving slowly with my daughters Over an hour and a half later our instructor called over another one of the companies instructors who was leading a group back and asked to take us back. We were told he would sit my daughter in their kayak and we could paddle back the hour plus to the beach. This did not happen. The other guide said ‘I’m doing them a favour - you can’t sit in my kayak’ and stated that we would have to paddle back as slow as we needed to. Disgusting attitude as they continued without any regard for us 50/60 metres behind them. Making my sick daughter paddle all the way back. This company has no emergency procedure if you fall ill on the tour. They show no empathy towards the client. Having complained at the shop, the man called the owner. He seemed more empathetic and outraged at the instructors. He also offered free tours, but we politely declined. We managed to get some medical assistance ourselves afterwards. Sadly not a good experience. They need to look at their procedures when someone falls ill. It could happen to anyone.

Monitor Manuel - the experience was terrible. The monitor was incredibly rude and had no patience. He was clearly not able to work in front of the public, as he spent the whole excursion screaming because of his own inability to teach rowing. The final straw was when she made a classmate cry by screaming at her for no reason. This excursion was a great disappointment and I do not recommend it at all.
