- Playa de las Américas - We offer different types of surf lessons, the most popular being the beginner lesson. This one is designed for those who have never surfed or want to start from scratch. With small groups of a maximum of five students per instructor, they will be introduced to surfing and taught how to get up on a white wave. The course…
- Playa de las Américas - We offer different types of surf lessons, the most popular being the beginner lesson. This one is designed for those who have never surfed or want to start from scratch. With small groups of a maximum of five students per instructor, they will be introduced to surfing and taught how to get up on a white wave. The course requires a minimum of two people to begin. The surf session lasts two hours and includes all the necessary equipment (we have showers, bathrooms and secure lockers for your belongings). The class begins with 25 minutes of basic theory, stand-up practice, rowing, warm-up and safety. Then, we will head to the beach, a 10-minute walk from our school, to apply what we have learned. The instructor will constantly supervise, assisting with whatever the student needs. At the end, we will stretch to prevent injuries before returning to school.

The activity lasts 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as a surfboard, neoprene, booties and lycra where it will begin with a 20-minute theory where we will explain the basics of surfing, techniques to be able to enjoy our first waves.
The beach where we will surf is made of volcanic rock where the waves are perfect for beginners and advanced surfers.
Inside the sea you will always be guided by an experienced instructor and you must follow his instructions. At the end of the class you will stretch to prevent any injury and discuss how the experience has been.
