The experience was great,... - The experience was great, our driver was terrible. Drove in both lanes at the same time- stopped for cigarette and coffee break so he wouldn’t fall asleep behind the wheel. Other than that, it was a great experience

Professional Tour Operator - Received an excellent service; special thanks to driver cum guide David who showed us all the important monuments/ places in Armenia and he was a great help. Moreover David’s vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend Skyline Tours in Armenia

Driver is Awful - You need competent drivers. We waited 45 minutes just to find out he was parked outside the whole time, never going into the hotel to see who he was taking on the tour. Further, his driving skills were awful…stepped on the gas to just to stop within a few seconds. When we were driving he stopped for a cigarette break while we watched him from the car. On several occasions he lit up a cigarette while driving. My wife was worried on his getting sleepy and make a loud noise to wake him, he wasn’t asleep but head filling forward as sleep wasn’t far off. You need to provide water for the passengers as well as the driver, there was none on board. Again, in one place he stopped to get a drink of water in a village water bubbler. Come on, as a tour group your operation can do better.
