Absolutely amazing experience for the whole family - Absolutely amazing experience for the whole family! We loved everything about our trip. We had in initially tried to book through the tui app as we thought that would be easier but after several failed attempts and a confirmed then cancelled booking we went direct to the hammam where the process was so much easier. We had a complimentary transfer collect us from our hotel. We are a family of 6 with our2 youngest being just six and seven they absolutely loved the mud and the bubbles. A wonderful afternoon had by all . When we were ready to leave the transfer back to our hotel was there waiting. If you’re in Kos it’s a must to visit but Book direct 100%!

Wonderful staff, lovely experience - Wonderful trip the Hamam. Booked through Viator because they offered transfers too, but when we got to the Hamam it says on their brochures they also provide free transfers. Staff were lovely, they do try to get you to upgrade and we did, but we didn't feel pressured. Upgrade definitely worth it, but the traditional Turkish scrub and foam massage was the best bit for me. It was so different to any other spa experience I've had! We also asked if we could arrange a later transfer back as we wanted to see the town of Tigaki and go for lunch, and staff happily obliged! Would recommend for sure!

Superb manicure and massage - My husband and I are from Australia and visited Artemis on two occasions. First we went for a package and on another day we went for a pedicure. The pedicure was absolutely superb with extremely knowledgeable staff. Particularly Adam who was studying cosmetology at the time of our visit! Adam provided an outstanding service which included an outstanding pedicure and in addition educated us about our skin type, nails among many others. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about his work. He also has magical hands and pays attention to great details. On another hand I can not say the same about the management of Artemis who lack basic management skills. Instead of booking us simultaneously as requested via WhatsApp booking they booked us one-by-one without even notifying prior arrival to Artemis. It’s seems the place is a boys club management by individuals who lacks basic management skills. I strongly recommend enrolling in a management diploma! The hamam package we did a day prior was a bit of a rip off. They include “sauna” in the package and kind you it’s nearly 40 degrees outside in Kos in July. They also admit that many people skip sauna as it is simply too hot outside! So why include a spa in the first place? The massage was exceptional and resting area is good too. Nerveless this place has a lot to learn management and communication wise.

Relaxing in Kos - We enjoyed the whole experience. The sauna and steam room got us all set. We enjoyed the bucket of cold water it was refreshing. Thewhile body massage with oil was fantastic. The only problem was they forgot to Puck us up. They did return us but had to pay an additional 30 Euros to get us there.

It's going ok ! - Booking was very easy. When we arrived at the Hamam! we were given towels and a short introduction. Unfortunately there was a small drainage problem, so that the rooms downstairs smelled very unpleasant. The treatment in the Hammam was rather poor. There was no real scrubbing. After a short break we booked a massage and a foot reflexology massage. Both of these massages were very good. To sum up our day in the Hammam, massage good, Hamam with peeling bad.

A light massage and foot rub, not reflexology - Upgraded our package to have a facial and reflexology so we paid €250. The man doing the hamam gave me a better massage than the lady doing the actual massage. The reflexology was a foot rub and when a pressure point was hit I asked what part of the body it related too and she hadn’t a clue. The massage didn’t cover the décolletage or male partners chest were not touched. Very disappointed and when I expressed my disappointment I was offered a bar of soap as opposed to a refund of the upgrade. If you’ve no experience in having a treatment you would probably enjoy it, but if you’re used to having reflexology or massage you will know that you are not dealing with trained therapists. I would recommend the hamam part of the treatment, but little else for what they are charging
