Rock a beach Island Tour - Ivo and his coworker were amazing! We were picked up in an AC van. Ivo was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took us through the rock formation, natural bridge, light house, church, glass blowing shop, Arashi beach. They made sure everyone was comfortable and had plenty of water! We even stopped for empanitas....delicious ! This is the 2nd time I did the tour. Last year the tour was similar but the stops were different. I would highly recommend this tour!!! A big shout out to Ivo for his photography skills! You did great buddy !!

Great full island tour … fun for all ages - The tour company contacted me and offered to reschedule my tour after we had missed our original date, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Bryan took us on our island tour today and we had a great time. My kids and I loved seeing all the “musts” of Aruba, but we also learned so much of the history of Aruba from Bryan too. We were able to swim at Baby Beach and also do the cliff jump as well. Highly recommend this tour.

Phenomenal experience - Awesome experience with our driver/ host Bryan. I truly learned so much about the history and culture of the Aruba that I now feel like I can host a tour. We traveled through the entire island and Bryan pointed out specific tips about each place while sharing details of his life here on the island. We stopped at each area and walked over the rocks experiencing the natural terrain, please wear proper footwear.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable - We did the 4 Hour Bus tour ( but they used a 6 passenger van not a bus ) Great News is that it had A/C versus the Open larger bus .( it was a Hot Day ) Our Driver Hugo was great and had wonderful knowledge of all stops from the Rock Formation to the Old Gold Mill to the Natural Bridge and the Chapel and Lighthouse . Hugo also knew the Islands History plus what had happened to the Island after the Refinery closed - which had huge “employment implications “ for those who lost their jobs .

Hugo is the worst - The sites were pretty but our experience was horrible. To begin our pickup was over an hour late with no communication from the tour company. When we reached out via WhatsApp I got no response even though they mentioned that as their preferred contact. When I called the office the workers kept telling me “15-20 minutes more” they did this multiple times. When the driver/guide Hugo finally picked us up he gave an excuse of the bus having broken down that morning and needing repairs. He mentioned bus maintenance was not kept up as Covid had hit the island hard. Really reassuring given we were about to be on it for hours with bumpy roads in the middle of rural Aruba. The bus itself was clearly not well maintained. It was painted pretty but the seats were falling apart and the padding was falling out of the bottom. Every stop we spent too much time. We were told we got 10-15 minutes at the stops, which for most of them is fine since it’s really just a picture. But in actuality Hugo spent about 20 minutes at each stop going over about 5 minutes worth of history, then repeating himself, reminding us to buy local to support the economy and lamenting over how Covid ruined his life and tourism in Aruba. After this soliloquy he would then let us out for 10-15 minutes to get our pictures which by that point was already done from the bus. 45 minutes at any of these initial stops was too much time unless you’re into hiking in over 95 degree heat. Most people on the tour were looking forward to the beach portion and we kept being reminded that our beach time would be determined by how long we spent at each stop since the tour was only scheduled for 4 hours. All passengers were prompt getting back on the bus but Hugo was not timely in his talking, many were frustrated as we felt our beach time shortening every time he would go into a tangent about how expensive the island is. When we finally got to the beach portion we only had about 20 minutes to run in the ocean. When we asked about staying and having a taxi bring us back he told us taxis don’t come this way unless you pre-booked a round trip with them. He recommended another beach, the reason became apparent when we got to that beach as it was riddled in shops and restaurants with minimal beach. We were clear we didn’t want to shop as we had done that earlier and only wanted a beach to lay and enjoy the famous Aruba beaches. Overall this tour was not worth it. If you’re coming in on a cruise with limited time I’d recommend just grabbing a taxi to the beach after getting a tour to the northern coast from a different conpany. You can also easily get a tour to the northern coast right off the cruise for less money and more promptness and you don’t have to deal with Hugo.
