Had a blast! - The bus was right on time. The island was sooo much fun! Definitely would recommend. Loved the flamingos, the snorkeling, the water slides, and the banana ride!

De Palm Island 🌴 - Transportation- I had round-trip transportation to and from the island, transportation was promptly. Catamaran- It was about a 15 minute ride to get to the island. De Palm Island- Upon arrival to island, the island is very beautiful. Alot of umbrella chairs for free. They do have a side were you rent cabanas and have time with the Flamingos, this is an additional charge $$$. Activities- They have water activities ie Snorkeling, Banana Boat Ride, and Water Slides. Now, if you're not in those type of activities you still have a beach to swim but please use caution the water is very rocky, to the point it's really uncomfortable to walk in the water. I highly recommend to wear tennis shoes or some sort of swimming shoes. Food- They have (2) restaurants (1) buffet that serves chicken, salads, and pasta. The other restaurant offers Hamburgers, Chicken Fingers, and French Fries. The food was a 3/10. Drinks- The pass comes with unlimited food and drinks. I don't drink alcohol but they had mocktail options and soda stations. Overall- I recommend you visit the island at least once.

Overpriced excursion. - Disappointed with the quality of included offerings, ie beach was extremely rocky and difficult to traverse at/near the shoreline, very little to see at the snorkeling area. Food and beverages OK, nothing special. All other features of island were at an added cost.

De Palm Island - It was okay, the food was amazing. Should have hot dogs to the snack bar. Relaxing day. Thought I'd would have been more things yo do.

Flamingo access only in VIP Area - The place is fantastic, paradisiac, but what no one counts, and that only those who book the VIP area have access to the Flamingos . I was lucky to stay in the VIP area because we found a group that wanted to share the space, so we only paid USD 50.00 , but if you don't have the same luck as no's, you will have to pay more than USD 115 + about 200 dollars....

Seating choices limited - Water sports options were great but there was limited seating unless you paid to upgrade to VIP. Water was clear and fish aplenty!

Poor communication regarding transportation to port resulting in our missing our transportation. - Unfortunately, our resort had two entrances which we were not aware of. No indication as to which entrance we were being picked up at. We wound up missing our transportation to the port and having to drive to the port ourselves. Luckily we had a car, otherwise we would’ve missed the whole excursion. No response from TripAdvisor or the local tour group which sponsored the tour. If just based on the experience on the island, would give it five stars. Unfortunately, because of communication and transportation issues, cannot give it that good of a rating.

Depalma island don’t go! - If I could give this a zero I would. How disappointing. The island is a dump. The water is not blue. The beach is a small incline. You can’t swim between the rocks and all the fish. The food was not up to the price. Across the street from industry. Obviously someone bought a cheap piece of property and built a tourist trap. We left within the hour and went to the free beach by cruise ship. Eagle beach was beautiful. White sand blue water. If I judged Aruba by Depalma island I would think Aruba was awful. So disappointed in the Viator for offering this horrible experience. I always trusted them.
