We couldn't have made a better choice. - We went on our honeymoon, recommended by friends who had also been there, and it was simply fantastic.
A welcoming country full of natural beauty, Tanzania simply gave new meaning to our lives, a place that everyone should have the pleasure of visiting.
The highlight of the trip was our guide Walter, who was impeccable in every detail. Full of experience, skilled in driving and very friendly, we became friends! He knew exactly where to go to find each animal and see them from the best angle. Extremely punctual, intelligent and with a vast knowledge, not only about wildlife.
We are also happy that in addition to the great experience, we were able to value a local business, since the company is 100 percent run by Tanzanians.
We are leaving, but with fond memories and certain that we had the best honeymoon possible. Thanks to Walter and everyone at Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Amazing 5 day safari - This was the second time I have used Tanzania Roadside. There are so many options but they did a great job the first time I went back to them again. Especially as their price was slightly better than a couple of others I asked. The majority of the cost for a safari is actually the park entrance fees and the additional concession fees for staying overnight in the parks. Unfortunately the drivers and staff in these places don't get paid great while the government takes all the money. If you book your own accomodation make sure they include the concession fees as the hotels will not.
If you are considering Lake Manyara then don't bother. The Lake has effectively died with very little bird life compared to the thousands of Flamingos and other birds that called this place home a few years ago.
Our driver this time was Walter. I can't imagine there could be a better guide. His english is perfect and his knowledge, not only of the animals and geography of Tanzania, but of the rest of the world put us to shame. His humour was great and we spent the whole time laughing and joking with him. One day he found seven different cat sightings as we drove out of the Serengeti on the way to Ndutu. In total we saw 25 Lions, 10 Cheetahs and a Leopard over the 5 days. Far better than my last safari. He was also very respectful of the rules and of the animals unlike some of the other tour companies that have been clearly instructed to try and get the best view no matter what. This is at the cost of other tourists and also of the animals, who shouldn't have to deal with jeeps surrounding them in a threatening manner that Walter refused to do.

Incredible 7-Day Safari with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions - Our 7-day safari with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions was nothing short of amazing! From the initial planning stages to the final moments of our trip, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
Our itinerary was expertly coordinated by Zephania Abduel, who was absolutely wonderful. He promptly responded to our emails, answered all our questions, and ensured that every detail of our trip was taken care of. We encountered a minor issue at one of our hotels, and Zephania quickly and efficiently resolved it to our complete satisfaction.
Our guide, Ezekiel Masai, was exceptional. His deep knowledge of the wildlife and his keen eye for spotting animals made our experience unforgettable. He knew exactly where to look and ensured we got up close to the animals while respecting their space. Ezekiel took the time to explain the behaviors and lifestyles of each animal, making our safari both educational and thrilling. He was also incredibly patient, allowing us ample time to take photos and truly soak in the beauty of our surroundings. Navigating the parks can be quite bumpy, but Ezekiel’s careful driving ensured that we remained as comfortable as possible throughout our journey.
I cannot say enough good things about Tanzania Roadside Expeditions! Their top-notch service, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to customer satisfaction made this an experience of a lifetime. If you're considering a safari in Tanzania, I highly recommend this company—you won't be disappointed!

Great Safaris in Kenya and Tanzania - Paul prepared our trip with great attention to every detail, Bran (guide in Kenya) and Justin (guide in Tanzania) were simply fantastic! They were with us the entire time on the safaris and explained super interesting, fun aspects and always attentive to all our needs!!

Wonderful experience of a lifetime - Eazy & Gadi we're excellent guides. Their knowledge of wildlife, Massai customs, & routes around Serengeti & Ngorogoro was exceptional. Their consideration, courtesy & punctuality was outstanding. They were friendly & good company. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Eazy & Gadi. We hope we might meet again.

Amazing wildlife sightseeing with very friendly and skilled guides - Gadi and Easzy were great guides and drivers. We had an unforgettable experience! They were very professional on the driving and communicating with us everywhere we went. They seemed to have a very strong community with other guides around the national parks and conservation areas, that makes spotting wildlife easier for visitors. They were also very friendly people and open for any questions we had about animals, local culture, food, etc.
The places that we stayed (kudu lodge, Kon Tiki and Kuhama) were very good each with unique environments, especially Kuhama in Ngorongoro - they had an amazing view!
I would 100% recommend this tour for anyone interested on having a memorable experience!

Great and reliable experience - There are no words for how amazing this experience was. Our organizer, Zepha, was a very reliable person and was easy to reach. Mr. Walter was our guide, and we are all so grateful for him. He is very knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, and sociable. No one could give us an experience like he did. He got us to the perfect positions to get a very detailed look of the animals. - Our driver Ezekiel massai gave us a unforgettable experience, he got us very close to the animals, and had a lot of information to share.
