Astounding Safari Delivered by Bobby Tours - Our second safari with Bobby Tours was more magnificent than our first, beating our high expectations from our first tour pretty handily! We are budget travellers and did the 5-day budget camping safari both times. The tents are large enough for my wife and I and pretty comfortable, the campgrounds well maintained, especially my wife who was okay with the bathrooms. We had requested John as our driver and Miko as our cook since we became friends from our last trip; Kassim, director, Bobby Tours managed to get them both for us. We like to rough out a bit on our safaris and avoid "luxury" options because we want to be as close to the Serengeti as possible. Bobby Tours make Serengeti unforgettable and keeps us wanting to come back. Thanks a ton Bobby Tours, much appreciated and we will be back as soon as we can!

Great experience! - I would highly recommend Bobby Tours. It was a great experience. The food was great, no one in my group had any digestive problems. It was a mix of tanzanian traditional food prepared for european taste. Also, bring with you water for 4 days. There are so little shops in parks. Tent accomodation was a great, I had my sleeping bag and a pillow with me. If you travel in July or August, use the warmest sleeping bag you have! The showers in park camps are really cold, I suggest bringing moisturizing wipes and toilet paper with you on camping. Our guide Phil was really funny, good and safe driver, very good spotter for the animals and had a lot of knowledge about the nature and people in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The road is rough so trust his driving, he knows what he is doing. He is doing what's best for the car and passengers. All the drivers were punctual, professional, safe and ready to help others in need. So if you need a good safari experience, I recommend Bobby Tours. Norma

Honeymoon Safari - First, the biggest thank you and hat off to the guide - driver. Masterful in planning, execution and explanation. Also, friends with everyone, so information found him fast. We saw more than we wished for. Second, come in hungry, the cook will spoil you. Third, an extra star for reliability and attitude for Bobby Tours on every rating. Also, all thanks to their Slovenian partner company, ShaPPa, who organized this trip for us. Finally, as we had an extra day to spare, we extended the safari to five days. Really, there is always more you can see. A few words of advice: 1) Bring good binoculars and a good camera, you won't regret it. 2) Don't rush. 3) Listen to the guide. Awesome Camping Safari - Our 4 day Camping Safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and lake Manyara was a great experience! I highly recommend this company. The owners, the guide and the chef are very nice people and everything was well prepared and organized. The guide had good knowledge about the wild animals and was very friendly and calm. The chef prepared fresh, delicious meals every day. The Safari cars are very modern and conferable, making the Safari a relaxing experience (even though it still is very exciting). Overall we were very satisfied by the good price performance ratio and will come back for a second safari.

The Perfect Safari for Us - Thank You Bobby Tours - I was very clear on the kind of safari my son and I wanted to do. We are used to back country camping and we were looking for tents as close to the raw Serengeti as possibles. I spent quite some time and effort researching tour companies and rates. When Bobby Tours responded, my mind was made. Their response was short, direct and to the point; a simple bulleted itinerary and a price that happened to be the lowest in the 20 or so responses. All the other responders sent back various kinds of silly long PDF files and Word Documents that looked like sales brochures and also at least $300 over Bobby's prices per head. Further communications with Bobby Tours only reinforced my impression of a no-nonsense straight-talking company. And after the tour, my son an I can happily say Bobby Tours delivered exactly what they promised and more, and we got the Serengeti safari that we were looking for. The driver was amazing with 24 years of experience, he knew exactly what wildlife to find where and among numerous lions and the big-five we got a classic Mufasa-style lion on the rock photo (the rocks are called Kopjes, or "Masai Rocks"). Our cook was fabulous and caring. Tanzanian public camp-grounds in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro are perfectly acceptable to back-packing back country campers like us.

Amazing safari experience - My partner and I decided to book a trip after arriving in Arusha. Bobby Tours managed to arrange our 4 day Safari trip within one day. The managers Kassim and his father were most welcoming and transparent. On top of that, their services, packages and prices are clear and competitive compared to other agencies we visited. During our private trip, we were in the company of a guide Philemon and a chef Musa. Philemon was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions on Tanzanian culture, the animals, traditions and Swahili language. We really enjoyed the 4 days with him as a guide. Moussa the chef managed to prepare very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. On our way back we had some issues with the car tires. As we had a flight booked directly at the end of our trip schedule, we missed our flight. Kassim immediately provided the best service after notice to ensure the continuation of our journey, by arranging a taxi, a beautiful hotel and new flight tickets for the morning after. We could not have been assisted better at that moment. As we had an amazing safari experience, we would highly recommend booking via Bobby Tours if you are looking for a reliable and transparent agency. And for the Dutch people: ieder jaar staan Kassim en zijn vader op de Vakantiebeurs in Utrecht.. Mocht je in de gelegenheid zijn om langs te gaan dan is dat het zeker de moeite waard!

My most memorable trip - Exactly 2 year ago I went on a safari trip with Bobby Tours. After a huge research among many companies i have decided to go with them. 2 reasons - replied to my enquires really quickly and the price was the lowest. My choice happened to be the best, from A to Z! We had the best guide and chef. Msangi was such a devoted guide, and gave his best to show us even what was impossible to see. When i go back to Africa, for another safari would for sure do it with Bobby tours
