Unforgettable experience - We just finished our 5 day safari with Saleh from Lion King Aventures, who gave us an unforgettable honeymoon experience. Saleh has such extensive knowledge on all of the parks that we visited, including detailed information on all of the animals, local cultures and habitats etc there was not a question we asked that he didn’t have the answer for! We learned so much about the animals and their way of life, and many words in Swahili too. Saleh made sure we were always comfortable, the car was cleaned nightly and spotless ready for the following day and filled with cooled drinks. The schedule was well organised, and we were always well informed so we could relax and enjoy the ride! He is an all round friendly guy, who clearly knows a lot about this field. An amazing experience for us, thanks to Saleh will recommend to friends!

Great safari experience - Based on the excellent customer feedback we chose Lion King. The entire process from the booking until the end of the safari was very smooth. Everything was very well organized and planned ahead. Florida did a wonderful job in accommodating our wishes and keeping things organized before safari. She also went above and beyond to get our lost luggage from the airport to one of our lodges we stayed during Safari. Already on the first day in Tarangire we saw young lions hunting for a warthog (that got away), hyenas harassing elephants, and many giraffes. Stayed at Eileen’s Trees Inn which was clean and friendly. The second day driving to Serengeti was excellent, the scenery of the mountains, crater views, Maasai villages, and then open plains teeming with animals devoid of human signs. Thanks to our guide Shabani’s expertise and connections, saw a couple of cheetahs and a leopard right up close, and the amazing gnu and zebra herds of the great migration, with a few hippos before lodging at Nyota Luxury Camp. Nyota was beautiful, friendly, clean, and the food was the best. The second Serengeti day was our highlight, with an early morning balloon ride followed by a game drive where we saw a large pride of lions work together to hunt and catch a warthog which the cubs then got to eat! The fourth day at Ngorongoro crater included lions, buffalos, rhinos, and numerous new bird acquaintances. The last day was at Lake Manyara (TBA). We were happy with the 5-day duration, as sitting on bumpy roads takes its toll - our two teens would have preferred shorter but such is the attention span of the young these days. The chemistry with our guide was excellent all along, his expertise provided us experiences other parties would have missed, and we can warmly recommend Shabani to anyone!

My dream came true! - My husband and I finally made it! Our safari trip !. Our game driver was Fred , he stopped when we requested . The game drive was amazing Fred’s years of experience in the industry, showed us the wildlife . Giraffes gazelles , lions plenty in different places Oh! the Cheetah , a rhino the hippos and more hippos . The elegant giraffes. Zebras and with wilder beasts . Fred you were amazing. Roads were good and bad .

An unforgettable experience - We're so happy we went with Lion King for our Honeymoon Safari. All staff we have dealt with were very professional from start to finish, they were very fast with communication all throughout and we were able to customise the experience. We loved every hotel they chose for us and we felt very much taken care of every step of the way. The organisation of the safari from hotel bookings, park fees, checkins etc was flawless everything went so smoothly. We booked the 5 day safari and added a few days in Zanzibar which we're so glad, it was amazing to finish off with a relax by the beach. Now about the Safari itself: it was our first time in Tanzania and we were absolutely blown away by what we were able to see: we saw everything we were hoping to see and more. We lost count of how many lions we saw, up very close and we had 2 stunning encounters with cheetahs. We saw all big 5, with only the shy rhinos hard to see up close! Our guide Joseph was always attentive, flexible, friendly and very knowledgable. He helped us to take the best photos for memories we will never forget. If you're thinking about doing with a safari just book it, you won't regret it!

Safari + Zanzibar - Bravo to Lion King, superb organization, we had a wonderful time, very rare photos and videos, (hunting, cheetah calling the little ones, eating, lions hunting in front of our camp and eating a Gnou, Python, Leopard with his baby eating etc.. ) The camps chosen by Lion King was top, well located, very comfortable, with excellent and varied meals we all love, a very good family memory, the children still talk about it. Lion King showed excellent service, and especially on safaris with hot lunches, freshly prepared. The others around us were unappetizing sandwiches. Do not hesitate to trust Lion King, 0 defects during the stay and a perfect organization. Thank you again Roman and bravo for the professionalism and service.

African safari from a NY’er view - I had a memorable experience with Lions Kings adventure. I really didn’t know what to expect considering I didn’t plan this and just had my friends do all the planning. Went on a 5 days safari with our guide Geofry. First, he’s an amazing man. He’s kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the animals, environment and local people. He knew how to navigate without GPS. Secondly, I felt safe and trusted him. His English was great. We had amazing conversation in the car. The time went by so quick. Geofry, come to NYC so I can share the same hospitality! He drove strategically through the safari and bumpy roads without any of us being injured or road sick. Driving through the safari was no easy task. Roads are uneven, unpaved, and muddy but Geofry did a great job driving through it all. I got bit by a fly and he pulled over to see the fly and check if we were ok. Lions king adventure linked us with an amazing stay at several places such as Puzuri inn, Eileen’s tree house and my favorite Land of Nature campsite. We noticed that during our trip we had warm cooked meals instead of cold dry lunch boxes like other safari travelers. That’s one of the perks of booking with Lion King adventure. The car was cleaned each time we set out for a new safari. The car was equipped with cold refreshments. This has been one of the most memorable experience i have ever had. My friend told me we booked through Lions kings because they were the quickest ones to respond back to an inquiry unlike the others. Thank you Lion kings for an amazing, and safe experience.
