Best Safari Adventure with the best guide ever! - My safari trip with Lion King Adventures was honestly the best travel experience I’ve ever had. I do a lot of photography and Elia + Nickson helped find me the best itinerary to get in everything of my dreams. They are great at being able to decide the length of your trip and what you should visit. I was picked up by Simon one of the up and coming guides and he gave me an incredible tour of Arusha the day before my safari started. He has a wealth of knowledge on photography and Tanzania, very interesting to learn from. I wanted to specifically highlight Gamma who was my safari guide and driver. He’s a very experienced guide and really impressed me with his dedication to providing outstanding service. First off, he’s an incredible driver. The roads in the Serengeti are not simple to navigate but he drives through them with ease. You’ll always get to your destination on time without fail. Next, he’s incredibly resourceful and flexible. I wanted to swap out a day of my planned itinerary and he was able to make it happen with no problem. I also practice photography but was not able to bring my extended lens. He contacted his extensive network and found someone willing to rent his camera to me for my safari experience. So clutch! Finally, the animals. I requested that it was my dream to see the Big 5 at least once throughout my trip. I would’ve been happy with just seeing them once even if from far. I swear Gamma must be speaking to the animals because he ended up showing me 50+ lions, 3 leopards, hundreds of elephants and buffaloes, and 3 rhinos (also 10 cheetahs which I love). Unreal. Literally made my dream adventure. He does this by always tuning into the radios and is always on the search for information from the rest of the guides on where the great sightings are. If you’re on the fence about doing it, I highly suggest pulling the trigger. The money is totally worth it and I’ll be back every year with Gamma for sure . There’s no other place in the world that can replace the sheer number of animals that the Serengeti has and I honestly believe Lion King Adventures is the best company to experience it with. PS: if you’re coming from America, I highly suggest requesting Gamma. He watches American movies and is so plugged in with our culture. He was cracking me up the whole car ride. We rated our provider, Lion King Adventure, as "Excellent" for the following reasons: Booking the trip: We contacted Lion King Adventure via the internet and communicated entirely through WhatsApp, which was very flexible. Our contact person was responsive to our changes and provided a customized offer quickly. Unlike other providers, Lion King Adventure reserved the lodges for us in advance, ensuring we got the exact accommodations we wanted. All our questions (mosquito nets, accommodations, etc.) were answered quickly, even on weekends. The payment through Wise.com went smoothly, and Lion King confirmed the payment immediately. A few days before our trip, Lion King Adventure proactively sent us an email with all the essential details: who would pick us up at the airport, when we would be picked up for the first safari, e-tickets for our flight to Zanzibar (which Lion King Adventure booked for us), and even the final transfer from the hotel to the airport. The safari went smoothly. We spent one day in Tarangire Park, three days in the Serengeti, and one day in Ngorongoro Crater. We saw the Big Five, though the rhino was from a distance. The wildlife diversity was impressive, beyond the Big Five we saw hyenas, ostriches, buffaloes, and cheetahs. Highlights included cheetahs, a lion family, and wildebeest river crossing. Murshid, our guide, was exceptional in catering to all our wishes. He ensured we saw the maximum wildlife diversity by staying connected with other drivers via radio, often keeping us on tour for 10 to 12 hours each day. His attentiveness and commitment to making our experience special went above and beyond our expectations, making our trip truly memorable.

From the breathtaking views of the Serengeti to the up-close encounters with the animals, Yusuph expertise and guidance made every moment an adventure. You went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience, and your attention to detail and care for our comfort was truly remarkable.

Amazing experience - Where to start? Lion King were extremely helpful to help me and my wife to organise a spot on experience. We had our guide called Frederick (king of a jungle) who took us to places we haven't even dreamt of. He was polite, kind, full of stories and we kept laughing all the way through the few days we spent together. He knew where to go to see the animals and I would definitely suggest for anyone to follow his advice. We trusted his experience and we got to see some amazing animals completely alone with no queues of cars as some other drivers/companies we saw. Can't fault Frederick or Lion King as our choice and when we're back we will definitely be using them again!! Before we took off with Frederick we had Robert and Simon who picked us up from the airport and took us to Materuni village, waterfall and coffee visit which were all amazing as well. If I can give one piece of advice to those who want to visit Tanzania? Trust Lion King and their expertise and their guides.

1000/10 Would recommend! BEST EXPERIENCE!!! - The most wonderful experience with our King of the jungle guide and driver Frederick! I cannot recommend these guys enough, they went above and beyond from the very first time we reached out to them to help organise our trip. It’s truly been a once in a lifetime experience, Frederick was so knowledgable, funny and took very good care of us. Not only that, he knew all the best spots in the serengenti away from other jeeps and spotted all the animals up close to our jeep which was a remarkable experience. We saw so many broken down jeeps on our way but he knew how and where to drive despite any weather conditions. Not to forget, he surprised us by taking a lot of amazing pictures for us using the Lion King camera and we could not be happier to leave with such beautiful memories. Finally, a big thanks to our other Lion King team that helped organise this beautiful trip, Robert who introduced us to Bongo Flavour, Simon and Adam that took us to Matteruni and taught us a lot of words and songs to cherish forever! See you guys hopefully for my 40th 😝

The Lion King tour was all we expected and more. - My travel partner and I were really pleased with Lion King Adventures and would use their services again. Our driver/guide Geofrey, was very knowledgeable, kind and flexible with us. He drove us in a modified Land cruiser that was comfortable and reliable and stocked well with cold drinks. Definitely 5 stars on these aspects of the Lion King tour. The lodging choices that Lion King made for us were above our expectations. We really enjoyed the company-owned camp in the Serengeti as well as the food choices at each and every stop. This was a "trip of a lifetime" and Lion King made it more enjoyable than we anticipated. Thanks again to Geofrey, Lorraine (at the Serengeti camp and her crew there) and to the staff at Lion King for helping make our experience exceed our expectations.

The perfect Honeymoon adventure - The trip of a lifetime! We have spent 5 days on safari in Tanzania and loved every minute of it, we managed to see all of the big 9 even a Rhino all thanks to our amazing guide, Shafino! Shafino made us feel welcome from day 1 whilst also making sure we were well fed, informed, and safe at all times. His knowledge of the wildlife and his country is incredible and he did a great job of teaching us about everything we saw. He has been brilliant at spotting the animals and making sure we had the best opportunities to take photos and get as close as possible! He has also been great company and fun to be around each day. The safari vehicle was great, always clean and well stocked with soft drinks, beer and wine to keep us going. Each day we stopped for lunch whilst out on safari and Shafino provided hot food prepared that morning. Shafino was always professional, punctual, informative and above all else a lovely person to spend our time in Tanzania with. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back again one day!

Amazing!! Thank you Shafino! - We booked Lion King for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, simply amazing! This was all down to our guide Shafino. His knowledge on the animals is incredible, I still don’t know how he spotted some of the animals he did! He made sure we were happy at all times and because of him we saw the big 9!! We felt safe at all times and he knew all the best view points for having our tasty lunches at! On a safari of so many animals, lion king was the G.O.A.T - Had the absolute best time on our 5 day safari we went on for our honeymoon in September. Booking with lion king was so simple compared to other companies I had reached out to. They were amazing and accessible via whats app whenever a question arose. They created an itinerary that worked for our budget and as a big itinerary person myself, theirs blew me out of the water. They picked us up from the airport and booked us into the most amazing lodges and camps all of which were beautiful & the food was 10/10. The vehicle was also super spacious and clean and included charging ports & a cold cooler for beverages each day. Our guide, Enock, went above and beyond to provide us with the best trip. He was super accommodating and kind & always took us to the best spots to view animals. Our experience would absolutely not have been the same without him as our guide. I would refer any person I know that is interested in a safari to this company & specifically to Enock who made our experience the best!
