Experience an afternoon game drive, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at Sero Tented Camp. Both lunch and dinner will be provided, and each person will receive daily supplies of drinking water and Non-alcoholic drinks.

The Serengeti National Park is renowned as the final stronghold for significant wildlife, boasting around three million large animals. The majority of these animals participate in a seasonal migration, a spectacle of nature’s grandeur. Encompassing 14,763 square kilometers, the region’s name, “Serengeti,” originates from the Maasai word “Siringet,” translating to endless plains.

Northern Serengeti for the Great Migration

Serengeti National Park - Another exciting day awaits! Rise early to savor a delicious breakfast before starting on an exhilarating game drive through Northern Serengeti National Park, where opportunities for further wildlife encounters abound. This region is renowned for being part of the great migration route. We will settle around the Mara River, where the great migration is happening. Our driver guide will locate the best viewpoint to observe this spectacular event.

In the Northern Serengeti, thousands of wildebeest and zebra battle the strong currents and huge Nile crocodiles so as to reach the other side of the river, where they head to the Maasai Mara game reserve in Kenya. This is where the action is! This phenomenon occurs between July and early October every year.

Central Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, depart for Central Serengeti National Park for wildlife sightings. Enjoy lunch at a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the camp.

Serengeti is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. Be ready to see resident predators, leopard, cheetah, and lion, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Central Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater - After breakfast you will be rewarded with a full day game drive in the stunning Ngorongoro Crater and is one of the only places on earth where mankind and wild animals co-exist is harmony. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for Africa s best game viewing as there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Upon arrival at the Crater s rim, you will descend 610 meters into the Crater where your safari truly begins. Spot the endangered black rhino as well as wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, eland, Grant s and Thomson s gazelle and of course, giant tusked elephants. The Crater also has the largest known population of lions, and you will also find leopards and cheetahs as well as scavengers such as spotted hyenas, jackals and rare wild dogs. Over 500 species of birds have been recorded within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and these include white pelicans and flamingos.

Tarangire National park and back to zanzibar

Tarangire National Park - Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your lodge, setting the stage for an enchanting journey to Tarangire National Park, all while enjoying delicious packed lunches along the way.

This park is famous for the large elephant population and stunning baobab trees. Spend the day exploring the park on exciting game drives. Keep your eyes peeled for elephants, lions, and other wildlife roaming freely in their natural habitat. The park’s name originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through it and is the only source of water during the dry season. After checking out, you will return to the lodge, and then head to the Arusha airport or Kilimanjaro Airport in time for your afternoon departure back to Zanzibar. We hope you have enjoyed your journey and have unforgettable memories with King Mufasa Expeditions.
