Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, embark on your safari with a stop in Arusha Town for any last-minute shopping. Then, proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Despite its small size, this park supports a diverse range of animal species and remarkable birdlife within its acacia woodlands, water forests, baobab-strewn cliffs, algae-streaked hot springs, swamps, and the lake itself. Manyara is also known for having the largest concentration of baboons and tree-climbing lions. In the evening, check-in at the Sun Fig Tree campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park - The Ngorongoro Crater boasts an incredible variety of wildlife. Often referred to as an “Eden” due to its abundance of animals, including the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros). Ngorongoro to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - After an early breakfast, check out and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. With a year-round water supply and ample fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a wide variety of animals, including wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephant. The park is also known for its dense population of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which may require a trained eye to spot. Visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner of the crater, where numerous flamingos, hippos, and various water birds can often be seen. In the late afternoon, ascend back to the crater rim and travel to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your chosen accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay or at the airport for your flight home, marking the end of your safari.

Ngorongoro Crater - The crater is a sanctuary for numerous animals, including the “Big Five” (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros). It is also home to many ungulates, such as gazelles, zebras, and wildebeest.
