Great experience with Gosheni - We did Tanzania safari with Gosheni and it was absolutely amazing. Albert our guide was very experienced and welcoming, explained everything to us! And didn’t measure efforts to spot animals, we saw everything! The communication with the company before the trip was very efficient. Lodges were great, food as well. It was tailored to our needs. Highly recommend!

Great Safari Experience - We booked 8 days for Arusha, Lake Manyara, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tangarire. Norah from the office gave us an induction for our package and tips that would help us on the trip. Ombeni was our guide, who is quite experienced and knows the areas and animals very well. He could spot animals from a distance and has a great timing, which literally made our bucket list of animals to see come true! Overall had an unforgettable safari experience and I would highly recommend him and Gosheni tours and looking forward planning another trip!

Amazing, out of this world experience - We booked the Safari with Gosheni after reading the other excellent reviews they’ve received. We were picked up from the airport by Ombeni, who turned out to be the most amazing guide we could have asked for. He is so knowledgeable and helped make our trip a memorable and educational experience. He made sure to put us in the right places at the right time to get the best pictures. He also strived to make sure we get to see everything on our bucket list and more. I highly recommend Gosheni, especially if you manage to get Ombeni as your guide.

The Perfect Honeymoon - This was an amazing experience - I couldn’t have asked for anything better for my honeymoon! Gosheni took care of everything for us, and our guide Calvin was truly amazing. He is so good at spotting animals from far away, knows everything about the different ecosystems and animal behaviors, and even taught us some Swahili! Having a guide with such skill and experience made all the difference for us, and we saw more animals than I could ever have dreamed of! Thank you for an incredible journey I will remember for the rest of my life!

Amazing Safari! - We had an amazing safari! We did 8 days and went to Arusha, Lake Manyara, Central Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tangarire. Calvin was the best guide, and we saw all of the Big 5 and more! He also taught me some new Swahili words, since I started learning before the trip. Overall I would highly recommend Gosheni, and I hope to come back!

Lifetime memory of a fabulous safari - The trip was a fabulous one under the arrangement by Gosheni Safaris and had cleared all my worries prior to commencement of the trip. It was my first time coming to Africa and I was worried with personal safety, food standards and dangers in the game drive, however, in the good hands of liaison staff William and our spectacular guide Arnold, the trip now ranks as one of my top 3 trips ever and will be a lifetime memory for me and my husband. A 7-day trip was arranged and we arrived in the small hours at Arusha. Staff pickup was prompt and friendly and safely got us into a hotel for a few hours’ sleep before the game drive plan starts. Arnold greeted us in the morning along with a clean and sound Toyota Jeep. The consecutive game driving from Tanrangire to Norongoron Crater and further from south, central to north Serengeti was fabulous and wonderful experience even the roads were sometimes bumpy and the driving time was long. Arnold displayed himself as an experienced and comforting guide all along in that you saw him communicating constantly on radio with other guides around to grasp information on the appearance of animals, he also had friendly connections with park rangers that allowed him to get first information on the whereabouts of rhino before other guides did. He was always cheerful and encouraging and did his best to look for chances to see rare animals. Only with his high familiarly on the roads and locations could we be able to see cheetahs, rhinos, leopards and lions in our trip! (Given that you saw some other guides being unable to spot rare animals and the visitors onboard fell asleep, and that there was once a guide who asked Arnold for directions as he got lost.) There was one time that he noticed the impalas were looking the other way instead of our jeep and discovered that there were 3 leopards in the direction. We were able to enjoy solo cheetah-gazing for 30 minutes thanks to his high vigilance! He was also attentive to our needs in that we reflected one of the lodge’s food quality was not satisfactory, he specially ordered individualised lunch but not the regular lunch hampers for our next day’s drive so as to ensure fresh food would be made and provided for our lunch. Gosheni also did a good job in meeting our requirements. With a relatively higher budget provided, they gave us great accommodation recommendations and arrangements but not trying to earn the most by giving us sub-standard luxuries. We were so excited to have such nice accommodation after each day’s game drive and that allowed us to enjoy our trip to the most. The week before we commenced the trip we heard as well that it had achieved World Travel Award 2024 in being the leading tour operator in Africa, Kenya and Zanzibar. No wonder!

Great guide! - Our guide Inno was the best! He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He never tired of his job and made sure that we saw every major animal there was to see. He was also excellent at sightings as well as jockeying for the best position when other cars were around. I would very highly recommend Inno for your guide on your safari.
