Lake Eyasi - Enjoy breakfast at the lodge or hotel before setting off for a safari to Lake Eyasi. Here, you will meet the intriguing Hadzabe tribe and learn about their captivating culture. After a picnic lunch, take a tour of the Datoga village, returning in the evening for an overnight stay.

FULL DAY HADZABE IN LAKE EYASI TO ARUSHA
Lake Eyasi - Begin the day early with a bushman guide to meet the local Hadzabe community. Experience the Hadzabe Tour, walking through the bush with the last hunter-gatherers in East Africa. The Hadzabe communicate using a click-based language and relocate their camps according to wildlife movements. Your guide, a member of the tribe, will demonstrate their hunting techniques, wildlife tracking, fire-making, and honey gathering from bee nests, before introducing you to the tribe and explaining their customs and lifestyle.
In the afternoon, visit the Maasai market, where you can capture stunning photographs.
Every Thursday afternoon, hundreds of Maasai gather at the vibrant Maasai market, offering visitors a chance to see their crafts and sample their cuisine, including the renowned Maasai BBQ. A larger market takes place on the 22nd of each month.
Later in the afternoon, return to Arusha for an overnight stay.

The honey gathering is part of it, but depending on the season as the honey gathering is done in the rainy season.
