From the campsite there is a nice short walk to the lake - The cold fresh air can be felt throughout the place. To escape town and to relax during the weekend this is a go place that gives the best chance to explore nature. If you are many you can share the transit costs to this place. We booked and our travel to this African magnificent lake was managed by Burigi Chato Safaris. This is a company with highly trained guides and cook who made our experience unforgettable. We also, arranged everything smoothly with the director himself Geofrey.

Everything went as planned. - The food from the café was really good. Though on the first day we carried our lunchbox to minimize expenses. Everything was well arranged and there was no funny business from this company. We were glad that they told us about every activity we can do there and was told the package price which was then shown to be real. The fresh prepared food from the restaurant was very delicious and was saved on time. Do not be in a panic or any tension about your experience plan this trip with a tour oprator and if you are adventurous like me you will opt to stay in the tent.

I liked to go with a local guide - I was recommended to go with Burigi Chato Safaris. My guide was very professional and the company arranged well my trip to this lake. They told me everything I can do there and chose from the entire list what could be the favorite things we would do there. One of the most breathtaking moments was to see the moon and stars reflected in the water. Clearly this is a romantic place. If you are looking to relax in Moshi before or after the Kilimanjaro hike you should opt to go there.

This place definitely worth a visit. - Everyone visiting loves the natural beauty. The scenery is nice and unique. This place is romantic. We were impressed by it beauty. We did not plan for a stay of more than 1 overnight. The company we booked with was more than happy to bring the supplies we needed for 3 overnight stay for at the camping site.

Greatest lake - Immense yourself in the nature and coolness of this place by sitting on the deck at the restaurant. You will relax so well and feel peaceful at all times. The small path that takes you down to the show of the lake is narrow and steep. Swimming is a normal thing to do at this lake. Other people prefer to canoe and Kayak to better enjoy the lake. Everyone who is happy to been at the lake tries more than one activity.

The romantic place in Tanzania - I must say there are very few people who know about this place. It is a gem of Africa. The vegetation surrounding the lake impressed us because it was very beautiful. From the deck you can see the entire lake. We stayed at the campsite overnight this place gave us a true African experience. Swimming in the lake allowed but you have to be careful. The lake is very steep and can be deeper than you might think. The campsite was well prepared and we had great dinner by the lake while looking at the bright moon.

Lake Natron Tour - I did a 2 days trip but, wished I would have spent a more night. The tour was organized by the Burigi Chato Safaris Company. The company made everything very well as they provided me with all the gears I needed to make my trip to Lake Natron great. This included the boots which I used for hiking, the Kayak and the Standing Paddling gear. The drive to the lake was also arranged by the company and took about an hour from their office in Arusha town.

Amazing and attractive mountain and lakes - We hiked Ol Doinyo Lengai get to the lake and swam. This was a very wonderful day trip. This company was flexible with all our requests and prepared us for the dangers the lake has including the steepness at the edge of the lake. Traveling one way with public transit took us two hours. For better experience negotiate for a private vehicle.

For Lake Natron Tour, Burigi Chato Safaris Is really Reccommended - The water color is nice reflecting the sky and in the night the moon and stars shine on it! You can sit at one place and enjoy the entire lake. The sounds of birds in the bush explains that you are in the true nature of Africa. I recommend Burigi Chato Safaris for this trip
