Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be picked up at 7:00 am sharp after a delightful breakfast and embark on an exciting 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, also known as “the land of giants.” Upon arrival, the adventure begins with a morning of exploration, keeping an eye out for the magnificent wildlife that roams these lands. As the sights and sounds are soaked in, there will be a pause for a delightful picnic lunch, offering panoramic views of the Tarangire River. After lunch, the adventure continues with another exhilarating game drive. While others may be winding down, the journey is just beginning, venturing deeper into the heart of Tarangire. With less congestion, the wildlife sightings are bound to be even more spectacular. As the day draws to a close, guests will head back to their accommodations at Escarpment Luxury Lodge.

Lake Manyara

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast at 8:45 am and a quick briefing about the adventure, guests will hop on their bikes and pedal their way to Lake Manyara. Get ready for stunning views of the lake and encounters with zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, and gazelles along the way. At noon, there will be a break for lunch and a little relaxation until 1:45 pm. Then, it’s off to a Maasai village for a fascinating cultural tour, where guests will immerse themselves in their lifestyle and daily activities. And don’t worry if biking isn’t your thing – a tuk-tuk ride is available for those who prefer it, free of charge for both the young and young at heart. For those looking for even more adventure, free optional activities like a coffee tour, Mto wa Mbu cultural tour, or exploration of the Great Rift Valley are offered. Just let the team know your preference! Finally, the safari guide will whisk guests away to Escarpment Luxury Lodge.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - Tanzania’s oldest park, covering a whopping 1.5 million hectares, is home to an incredible diversity of animals, including the famous wildebeest migration. After breakfast, departure to Serengeti is between 8:45 & 9:00 am. Along the way, there will be a pause for 15-20 minutes at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint to soak in the breathtaking view of the crater. Arrival will be in time for lunch at Serengeti Nabi gate and a little walk to stretch the legs. Proceed for a game drive, including a sunset game drive while heading to the selected accommodation for dinner & overnight inside the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Optional activity: Maasai boma visit – a walk in the Maasai culture well known for drinking raw cow blood.

Olduvai Gorge Museum is available at an extra cost. Balloon ride

After enjoying these incredible moments, guests will return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. However, the adventure will continue! After refueling, another exhilarating game drive will last until late afternoon, when guests will return to Moyo Luxury Camp for accommodation and overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - The day begins with an early sunrise game drive, as the park comes to life and nocturnal predators like lions finish their night hunts. After the morning game drive, guests will proceed back to their accommodation for breakfast. In the afternoon, there will be a stop at Naabi Gate for lunch. After lunch, proceed with a transit game viewing while heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for an overnight stay. Arrival at the accommodation will be in the early evening, for dinner and sunset.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Materuni Water Falls and Coffee Tour

Materuni Waterfalls - After breakfast, guests will depart for a journey to Materuni village located on the slopes of Kilimanjaro. This remarkable village is free from common tourist traps and provides a great opportunity to learn and understand Tanzanian culture. The visit will start with a walk inside a coffee plantation, where guests will gain knowledge on how coffee is grown and even participate in roasting, pounding, and grinding their own coffee. Next, guests will head to Materuni Waterfalls. During the walk, they will pass through local fruit and vegetation plantations, and will not only have a chance to learn about the local culture but also participate in some of the local activities. Finally, the tour will end with a refreshing dip in the waterfall pool and a delicious lunch before heading back to Arusha.
