- Drive to Tarangire National Park with packed lunch, approximately a 3-hour journey from Arusha town.
- Upon arrival at Tarangire, engage in mid-morning and afternoon wildlife exploration.
- The park is famous for its large number of ancient baobab trees and a rich ecosystem, boasting the highest density of elephants in the region’s national parks. Other wildlife includes the lesser kudu, eland, lions, zebras, leopards, warthogs, hyenas, waterbucks, wildebeests, buffalos, giraffes, fringe-eared oryx, gerenuk, hartebeest, Grant’s gazelles, Thomson’s gazelles, and over 400 bird species.

Tarangire National Park provides an excellent game viewing in the vast grasslands and scrubs where antelopes find its shade during sunny day time. Predators stalk near Tarangire River for easy find of its kills from hundreds of herbivores which flocks in for watering during the mid-day.
