Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park - Following breakfast, the tour sets off between 08:30 - 09:00. Your private guide will collect you, and your exclusive safari with a private 4x4 vehicle begins. The first destination is Tarangire, where you will reach the lodge for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive. The park is renowned for its large population of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors during the dry season from June to November can expect to see vast herds of thousands of zebra, wildebeest, and cape buffalo. Other frequently seen animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.
Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park - After a delightful breakfast at the Lodge, drivers will pick you up at 8:30 - 9:00 am with a picnic lunch, heading directly to Manyara National Park for an extended game drive. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for the flamingos that inhabit the lake. During the wet season, they gather in flocks of thousands along the lake’s edges, but are less present during the dry season. Leopards, East African lions, cheetahs, elephants, blue monkeys, dik-dik, gazelles, hippopotamus, Masai giraffe, impala, zebras, and many more wild animals reside in this park and can be seen throughout the year. There is a hippo pond at one end of the park where visitors can safely exit their vehicles to observe. Leopards and lions are known to rest in the trees when not hunting.
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, the journey continues to Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highland farms of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands, you descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its vast plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Proceed to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a crucial water source and attracts a wide variety of wildlife representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park.
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park - Start the day with early morning coffee, tea, and biscuits for refreshment, then proceed with lunch boxes for an early morning game drive between 08:00 - 14:30 hours. Afterwards, depart to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, enjoying a game drive en route, with views along the way to your dinner and overnight stay.
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After an early breakfast with coffee, descend over 600 meters into the crater to observe wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction of this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. Visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the crater’s main features. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here. Later, transfer back to Arusha city for drop-off at your hotel.
