Arusha to Tarangire National

Tarangire National Park - After breakfast, the tour sets off. We then proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, enjoying a picnic lunch within the park. Tarangire is renowned for its large elephant population and iconic baobab trees. It is a key part of an annual migratory cycle that includes up to 3,000 elephants, 25,000 wildebeest, and 30,000 zebras.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Following an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to observe wildlife. With a year-round water supply and ample fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another major attraction of this scenic national park is its dense population of predators, such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which often requires a trained eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the crater’s main features. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds are typically seen here. In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Arusha.
