A True Sample of "EXCELLENT" Tour Guide and the Company - Upon the arrival we were warmly welcomed by the tour guide, she mentioned our names on board and we felt welcomed and with such a friendly atmosphere we had a fantastic start. The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible and for that she deserves a special thanks. We had two great days there, which also added up to the experience. The guide was such a special and highly motivated guide and for that I recommend her. Truly we enjoyed driving as a family through the area. The scenery was beautiful and it was relieve to drive in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The experience was good we also had a chance to spot many and different kinds of wild animals and the guide was knowledgeable when it came to field work The company itself had perfectly organized on everything eg accomodations, game drive, food and other things. Amazing time exploring nature - Everything was good organized, our driver (Mike) did his best to show us as many as possible animals and told us a lot of curiosities. We were able to see many different animals (Lions, giraffes, elephants, zebras, etc.) during this 2days Safari trip.

Great safari - This was an interesting safari and for me got better as the days progressed. prior to the safari I had a couple of questions about pick up and accommodation. Which the team answered. I would say closer to my safari date I did have to chase a few times regarding if they had receive my deposit and pick up time. I didn’t stress too much as that can sometimes be the African way but I wouldn’t say it was standard as other companies were prompt in contacting me and I knew all the details in good time. The tour started with a pick up form my hotel in Moshi (note this company is based out of Arusha so if you are in Moshi they charge $45 for a single way pick up). My driver Hillary (office admin) was prompt and really friendly. I arrived at the meeting point and we took the safari vehicle to Tarangire park first. The biggest disappointment was the state of the vehicle. Eye old and the seats for some of us were wet (the did change the cushions for us). The condition of the vehicle was as more noticeable when we got to the park and you saw the other companies vans with were in a much better condition. I was very uncomfortable in my seat. The guide Will was great. Day 1 a bit quiet I thought, but by day 2 we had bonded he started talking more about the animals and history and we all became a ‘family’. The guide was really accommodating aswell and I would say an exceptional driver I gave excellent driver. He managed not to get stuck and navigated through some really tough situations. Ngorongoro on day 2 was amazing we had a really good game drive. On the way back the company kindly had my main suitcase stored as I had to go straight to catch a flight. They dropped me to airport at reduced price. I had a really nice time on this tour. Bit of feedback for improvement would be to invest in a new vehicle, I think this would make it a 5* experience for guests.

Safari ❤️ - The agency took good care of me from the airport till i went back to airport again. The safari was amazing and you could feel that people are doing this job because they love it and they want you to have a great time. I do recommend to get in touch with them, you will be in safe hands.
