  • The electric bikes will take all of the hard work out of your ride. We routinely have riders that span the spectrum of age and fitness. The main requirement is that you be coordinated and fit enough to balance a 55-pound bike. A training and practice session is provided at the start of each tour. For people that would like to go on the tour but are not able to balance a bike, it is possible to arrange a ride on the back of one of our stretch cargo bikes that will be driven by another person in your party.
  • Legally, you must be 16 years or older to operate an electric bike. Guides reserve the right to request proof of age of any rider. Riders should also be at least 5 feet tall to operate their own bike. Guests younger than 16 may ride as a passenger with an adult in their group on the back of one of our cargo bikes or in a child seat (for children ages 1-6 or up to 48.5 pounds).
  • Tours are subject to favorable weather conditions. If there is light rain in the forecast but none at the start of the tour, we will decide together at the time of the tour whether to ride. We will provide rain ponchos and rain covers for the storage bags on the bikes to protect your belongings. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
  • Pets are not allowed on tours, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Great for families or couples! 10/10 recommend - Peter was amazing! We were a group of 8 adults & 4 kids - he was patient & funny! Our “spirited” group all had an absolute blast! The cargo bikes were sturdy and had enough power to make the 3 hours a breeze. 10/10 recommend this for families or couples!

Peter is the best! - At first I was a little hesitant on what to expect. Someone from all the way back in the store was very loud and verbal, it was Peter. Our soon to be guide and who we read great reviews about. Loved how we all sat in a circle and meet each other and talk a little about our backgrounds, after all we were going to be a team for the next few hours. Follow the introduction he took us outside to teach us how to operate e-bikes. His knowledge of the city is amazing and took his time with us.

A pleasant morning venture - Our guide Peter was very informative. It was our first time to Asheville so his shared knowledge was very helpful in learning about the history of the area and the people who shaped helped shape it. His corny and quirky humor made for a pleasant ride through the city.

Family fun! - What a wonderful activity for a family! Even our 18 month old granddaughter enjoyed herself! We weren’t exactly sure how she’d enjoy the ride since she had never been on a bicycle before. The owner was super helpful while booking the tour and made sure our concerns were addressed. Our guide,Josh, was very patient, safe and informative! We got a great taste of downtown; stopped at a candy store and sampled taffy for free. Then wove our way through neighborhoods and along the river to a gorgeous lookout spot. Spectacular! We shortened our trip to two hours to keep the baby happy. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful City seen from a different perspective - Peter was an amazing tour guide. He was humorous, knowledgeable and customized our tour based on the fact that all of us had experience with e-bikes. Asheville is beautiful and we saw several of their best neigborhoods. I would highly recommend this tour.
