• Must be in good physical riding condition.
• To join the tour, ensure you have a well-functioning mountain bike or gravel bike with a minimum tire size of 700 x 38; if you need to rent a bike, kindly inform us beforehand.
• Wear comfortable cycling clothing, helmet, closed-toed shoes.
• Participants must stay with tour guides for the entire trip, and the tempo can be adjusted, whether slightly slower or faster, based on individual fitness levels.
• Must be willing to have fun.
