AMAZING Sushi-making experience with fantastic hosts! - We had an AMAZING time with Mika and Keitaro! Our visit to their home took us a little off of the beaten path, and we were SO glad we included it in our itinerary. They had everything prepared for us when we arrived and were extremely gracious hosts. We love all kinds of sushi and I have to say; the ingredients Mika and Keitaro provided were absolutely some of the best we've ever had. Sushi making is an art, and Keitaro proved to us that he's a master. We ate our fill of fresh sashimi and sushi as quickly as we could make it. We also skipped lunch, so we probably ate more than a family of 4 has ever eaten! They were both so gracious, and very considerate of our daughter's preference for non-fish items. They even packaged up some homemade eel sauce for our son to take home because he's crazy for unagi. The Japanese name posters and a parting gift were absolutely lovely and we'll cherish them and our wonderful memory of this fantastic experience. We give our highest recommendation for this experience!

Transform to sushi master - One of the most excellent experience in traveling in Japan! It is good idea sightseeing Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. This sushi school is close to Kobe. I love to eat sushi usually but I didn’t think I could I can make ones by myself! The chef taught us not only how to make sushi, but also the history about sushi it self so easy to understand. After we made sushi, we ate the sushi plate and “Akanashi” red-bean miso soup. They were so yummy! I strongly recommend someone who wants to know how to make sushi to visit this sKhool! Why don’t you try there!
