Mathias is the best way to see into Asunicion’s past, present and future. - Mathias was a superb guide for this tour! I have already told several friends and family how lucky I was to have him show me the highlights of this truly historical Capitol city. I have traveled quite a bit especially in Latin America and yet Mathias helped open my eyes to new perspectives, symbolisms and comparisons. In just a few hours with very little walking I was able to see all the things I wanted to including the National Heroes Monument, Palacio Lopez, and the Cathedral just to name a few. Mathias does an excellent job summarizing centuries of history without leaving out the important details or making it boring. He is one of a kind and I believe has a bright future with his tour business. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions, take my pictures, find me a bus card I was looking to buy, suggest restaurants and so much more. I highly recommend Mathias for this tour and hopefully one day I am able to return with family to revisit these beautiful places and see more of this amazing country.

Jam packed with information! - We did spend a good portion of this tour in shady areas. But still bring a hat and sunscreen as the sun is strong in the summer. Mathias is very knowledgable about the history. This was a great into to Asunción and Paraguay.

Historical Tour of Asuncion - Excellent tour. Mathias has a lot of knowledge about the history of Asuncion, and the tour takes place pleasantly and enjoyably in about 2 or 3 hours.
