It was amazing with mooo - Mo is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide. He gave us an exceptionally tour experience , 5 star treatment. We were very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mo as the best tour guide in Aswan , we learnt amazing facts about the temple of Philae , the Aswan temple , the Nubian village & the unfinished obelisk. Experience of a 2-Day-1-Night Cruise in January 2025 – A Warning to Avoid Disappointment - 以下是2025年1月搭乘2日1夜郵輪的經驗，希望大家避雷。 1.船等級不透明 nice tour旅行社提供standard、deluxue、luxury三種等級，我購買的是deluxe ，但三種等級介紹完全不透明，任由旅行社洽當地船商安排。我這趟被安排的船，我認為完全不值，且強烈懷疑只是standard的船，因為同船上其他遊客告訴我他們只用1/10的價格上了同艘船、住同樣房間，我認為旅行社溢價過於誇張。 2.價格 向nice tour反應後，得到的是可以讓我們再多住一天，我後來從其他遊客的心得（各大平台、google評論）回覆中發現這似乎是一貫的手法，事實上這裡賣的價格就是2天甚至更多天的郵輪，甚至我們下定單時即收到nice tour告知可以多住一天。nice tour把一般三天或四天的商品行程包裝成兩天一夜販售，再把「多住一天」當作贈品送你，藉此吸引因為時間限制想找短時間郵輪的遊客。 3.小費 網站販售說明註記費用包含一切費用，事實上這是錯誤的資訊，我認為有商品不實之嫌。登船時船商有告知下船時可自由心證給予小費，並給了一個信封和介紹櫃檯小費箱。我在下船時，認為我已付高出他人約10倍價格上船，旅行社說明欄位又註記無小費，且我在船上經歷到好的服務（如協助換房間）已個別給工作人員小費，故決定不再額外給小費，但要離開時被船商要求給予小費，（船商按人數、天數計算，告訴我該給多少）。船商當下因為我們不給小費強行扣留住我們行李不讓我們下船，我建議船商和nice tour溝通，並當下聯繫nice tour，旅行社確實表示我們不用負擔費用，旅行社嘗試和船商溝通，但仍失敗，我還是給了船商小費才能下船。nice tour 無法協助問題處理，船員行為非常魯莽，造成我身心恐懼，這不就是強盜嗎？ 4.強行給nice tour五分評論 事後nice tour願意當面返還我們小費金額，但因為在盧克索時間有限，我最終沒有拿到小費退款，我告訴nice tour重點不在於小費多少，而是船等級不透明、網站商品資訊不實，以及強扣行李事件，真的非常可怕。 我希望我們經驗讓遊客知道，但在上船時nice tour的人員就請我們先給五分評論，當時我疏忽並同意幫忙評論了，導致我無法修改內容，現在這個評論是隨行友人幫忙填寫。 Experience of a 2-Day-1-Night Cruise in January 2025 – A Warning to Avoid Disappointment 1. Lack of transparency in ship categories Nice Tour offers three categories: Standard, Deluxe, and Luxury. I purchased the Deluxe package, but the descriptions of these categories were completely unclear, leaving the local cruise operator to assign the ship at their discretion. The ship I was assigned to was absolutely not worth the price, and I strongly suspect it was just a Standard-level ship. Other passengers on the same ship told me they had paid only one-tenth of what I did for the same room. I believe the agency’s markup was outrageously excessive. 2. Pricing issues After raising my price concerns with Nice Tour, they responded by offering an extra night’s stay. I check other passengers’ review from google, Viator, and TripAdvisor, then I realized this seemed to be a common tactic. In reality, the prices they charge are equivalent to those for a 2-day or even longer cruise. In fact, when I initially booked, Nice Tour had already informed me that I could extend my stay by an extra night. Essentially, Nice Tour repackages standard 3- or 4-day cruise itineraries as 2-day-1-night trips and then presents the “extra night” as a free bonus, targeting travelers who are looking for shorter cruise options due to time constraints. 3. Hidden tipping fees The website states that all fees are included in the price, but this is misleading information and could be considered false advertising. Upon boarding, the cruise operator mentioned that tipping was voluntary and provided an envelope along with a tip box at the reception. When I was about to disembark, I decided not to tip further, as I had already paid about ten times more than other passengers, and the tour description clearly stated that tips were not required. Additionally, I had already given individual tips to staff members for good service, such as assisting me with a room change. However, when leaving, the cruise operator demanded a tip, calculating an amount based on the number of people and days. When I refused, they forcibly withheld my luggage and wouldn’t let me leave the ship. I suggested they communicate with Nice Tour and contacted the agency myself. Nice Tour confirmed that I was not obligated to pay any extra fees and attempted to negotiate with the cruise operator, but they failed. In the end, I had no choice but to pay the demanded tip to get my luggage back and disembark. Nice Tour was unable to resolve the issue, and the cruise staff’s behavior was extremely aggressive, leaving me feeling both physically and emotionally threatened. Isn’t this essentially robbery? 4. Forced to give Nice Tour a 5-star review After the trip, Nice Tour agreed to refund my tipping fee in person, but due to my limited time in Luxor, I ultimately did not receive the refund. I told Nice Tour that the real issue was not the tip amount but the lack of transparency regarding ship categories, misleading information on their website, and the incident where my luggage was forcibly withheld—these were truly terrifying experiences. I wanted to share my experience to inform other travelers, but during boarding, Nice Tour staff asked us to leave a 5-star review first. I carelessly agreed to write a positive review at the time, which meant I was unable to edit it later. This review is now being written by a friend who traveled with me.
