Perfect - We had such a great time with them. All discussion was done on whtsapp and they were always so polite and quick to answer. Arranged our nile cruise and luxor full day tour. Not even once we were left wondering on anything. Best cruise and room and service. Loved it. Made our trip perfect especially after we were travellig for first time after covid. 100% recommend them

Cruise and Luxor tour - This was the most relaxing part of our trip. The tour agency is very helpful. We wanted help with tours while in Luxor and they helped! They found us a wonderful guide named Nagwan. If you are in Luxor and need a guide I can’t say enough good things about Nagwan and how knowledgeable she is. I highly recommend using them for private tours.

Beautiful Egypt by the river Nile - Enjoying the beautiful scene of greens on both sides of the river Nile, beauty of the scenery is so relaxing, soul inspiring. followed by visiting great monuments of ancient Pharos, its like a dream. the longer trip which I had been to is even much more fun. D no miss visiting allover beautiful Egypt, be it Red Sea Mrsa Alam or Hughada or Sharm Elsheikh, ras shitan) for beautiful crystal water and snorkeling, or Cairo for the great Pyramids, museum, old city khan elkhalili and Cairo towers or Alexandria with North cost adorable beaches, or the White dessert, Luxor and Aswan,....etc. I love Egypt and really enjoy being there. You'll have great time enjoying all of this nvertheless the great food tastey cuisine and a lot of options for outings and night life.

Best Cruise experience with excellence service! - I highly recommend this cruise trip to anyone who would like to relax and enjoy the Nile River view. The delivery of the whole tour is AMAZING! On the cruise you will meet the most welcoming staff who really care about your stay, the all inclusive food (breakfast , lunch , dinner) surprisingly is very delicious! A wide selection of Egyptian and oriental food is cooked with HEART and QUALITY, there’s salad, dessert, wide ranges of meat, main courses, bread, drinks .. etc. The cruise also arranged free show occasionally, I saw the belly dance on the second night, the atmosphere is great! The tour is not rush, it gives you perfect time alone to relax on the cruise to enjoy the facility such as lounge, swimming pool on deck and massage (we tried massage 2 times, as a Chinese who had tons of good experiences of massages back in Asia, I would say Egyptian massage really will bring you to heaven ha!). The cruise is a must try to explore The sites from Aswan to Luxor. My friend was scared of boat sick in the beginning, but because the cruise would stop during night time, we had no problem falling asleep, the whole ride was stable and comfortable!! What an unforgettable experience! I STRONGLY suggest you to discuss with the tour agent what other activities and tour you want to do apart from the cruise, this agency “Sphinx of Egypt Travel” is trustworthy and care about the customer needs. I told them I also want to explore the east bank and West Bank of Luxor after my cruise, and they gave me several suggestions and was very patient in coming up with the plan that best suit me! The tour totally went above my expectation! Eventually I book a 3 days tour with them, which was really worth it! The car they arranged for us was very comfortable with good AC, tour guide is knowledgeable, reasonable price, great food, everything was on time, and with super friendly service! I want to thank my tour advisor Rahem for arranging the tour for my family, he often check on us and ask us if we need anything, this is the most helpful tour agency I’ve met during my Africa trip!!! Wonderful Nile Boat Cruise - The company Sphinx of Egypt that arranged this cruise handled everything for me, only on WhatsApp, really worked well. The ship is comfortable, the crew helpful and professional, the food good. Just ensure that you get off at all the stops or else you might suffer a bit of cabin fever. I would go again anytime

Unreliable - cancelled at the last minute [Zero Stars] - We booked the one night cruise from Aswan to Luxor in August and received confirmation from the tour operator. In late October, only a few weeks before our trip, we were informed that the boat was not sailing on our selected dates and that we could either change to a different date or cancel our booking. At that point we already had flights, lodging, and activities booked for the rest of our trip and it was not possible to change the dates of our boat trip. We had to scramble at the last minute to find alternate transportation to Luxor so our entire itinerary wasn't broken. Additionally, the Nile cruise was one of the activities we were most looking forward to and we were devastated to miss out on this experience. Please be aware that the dates listed on the website do not reflect their actual availability. As of this posting our original dates are still listed as available, which is inaccurate. We strongly recommend booking with a more reliable company.

Untrustworthy - NONE. They cancelled the trip at the very last minute leaving us hanging. I had been sending text and emails to them three days prior to departure date and they kept saying someone would get in touch. First they would not respond and then I tracked down Nour their guide who said he had quit. I pushed him to give the name and contact of someone I could speak with and he gave me name of RAHIM and phone number. RAHIM did not pick up my phone but responded to my WhatsApp by saying someone would contact me. Nothing and no one called while I kept sending him messages. Then last minute the trip was cancelled with no call or explanation why. It was so bad. I had to arrange for a car service to take me to Luxor and find a hotel. This was not easy at the last minute. And of course I lost on the experience of cruising the Nile and visiting the Temples. Most bogus tour operator. Tripadvisor and Viator must remove them from their list. Also I have no way to contact Viator directly.
