Aswan - We will pick you up from your hotel, train station, or airport in Aswan.

Check-in to the Dahabiya.

Around 8 am, the Dahabiya will start sailing north.

Enjoy sailing and savor a delicious breakfast on the sun deck.

Take in the views of Aswan and capture rare photos of the islands on both sides of the Nile.

Observe the professional captain of the Dahabiya, often dressed in a galabeya, the traditional attire of Upper Egyptian men, as he navigates slowly between other cruises and motorboats.

The Dahabiya will sail by Nubian islands where you can see children playing and men and women working in the green fields.

Temple of Kom Ombo - Stop in Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek.

Have Egyptian tea on the Dahabiya’s sun deck while sailing.

Jabal as Silsilah - Gebel Silsileh was a renowned quarrying area throughout ancient Egypt due to the quality of the building stone quarried here.

The site is rich in archaeological significance, with temples cut directly into the hills, such as the rock temple of Horemheb on the west bank. Many monuments here bear inscriptions from Merenptah, Ramesses II, Hatshepsut, Amenhotep II, and Ramesses III. Our Dahabiya will sail right to the foot of this majestic mountain, where we will be the only boat docked in this area. We will visit the Temple of Horemheb.

Temple of Horus - The Temple of Edfu is very dramatic.

It is dedicated to Horus and was built in Greco-Roman times.

Horus, the god of the sky, had eyes that were the sun and the moon. He became equated with the king, making the king a manifestation of Horus.

In the evening, we will have a barbecue on the beach of the beautiful Island of Fawaza, where you can relax, reflect on the day’s memories, and watch the stunning Egyptian sunset.

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast, check out and transfer to the west bank of Luxor to start our amazing day tour in Luxor, the most famous city in Egypt.
