Tomb of Merenptah - Visit the tomb of Merenptah, the son of King Ramses II and his thirteenth son, which is one of the largest tombs in the Valley of the Kings.

Tomb of Ramses III - Next, visit the tomb of King Ramses III, originally built for his father, King Setnakht, but later used by Ramses III himself.

Tomb of Ramses IV - Then, proceed to the tomb of King Ramses IV, known for its stunning colors.

Howard Carter House - Drive to the domed mud-brick house where Howard Carter lived during his search for Tutankhamun’s tomb. Surrounded by a garden on a barren slope above the road from Deir el-Bahari to the Valley of the Kings, the house has been restored and decorated with pictures and tools from the excavations. An exact replica of Tutankhamun’s burial chamber has been constructed on the edge of the garden, along with an exhibition related to the discovery of the tomb.

Tombs of the Nobles - Luxor - Move on to the Valley of the Nobles, a collection of tombs belonging to nobles in Luxor, such as Ramose, Senniffer, and Menna. Over 400 Theban nobles’ tombs are marked by numbers and feature beautifully carved scenes. These tombs are nestled in the foothills opposite the Ramesseum.

Located in the Theban Necropolis in Upper Egypt, on the west bank of the Nile River, across from modern Luxor, the design of Ramesses’s mortuary temple follows the standard canons of New Kingdom temple architecture.

Habiba Hand Weaving - Visit Habiba for hand weaving, specializing in hand-woven scarves made from Egyptian cotton, linen, and wool. Local hand weavers also sell machine-made scarves and shawls in cotton and cotton blends. Located in a rural setting on the west bank of Luxor with views of the nobles’ tombs, women still work and create handmade cloth from pure cotton, offering you the experience of how they use traditional hand-operated machines.
