We were very lucky to take this incredible tour - We have already participated in several tours, but none as good, as surprising and as well attended as this one. Everything was organized and waiting for us. The guides were fantastic and very friendly. They accompanied us the entire time and, in the end, gave us time to move freely. The boat is very comfortable and amazing. Large windows overlooking Rio. Everything is impeccable and very beautiful. Good food, good team, rooftop and pool. Congratulations to the entire organization and team, especially to the tireless Merna, super administrative, always attentive and giving the best recommendations. We couldn't have been luckier. Merna makes all the difference, it's like "the icing on the cake". Congratulations to everyone and thank you very, very much

Fantastic must do nile cruise - This is such a fantastic must do trip. Everything was perfect from the quality of the boat to the fresh genuine food and the professional staff. It really exceeded my expectations. Special thanks goes out to Merna from the home office who was constantly checking in with us to make sure that everything was running smoothly and our guide Mohamed Khater who really took excellent care of our whole family. The tours are all as described in itinerary and Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable in his explanations. The hot air balloon was a huge bonus to the trip. Very good value for money. Make sure you have what's app access as you will need it. We bought a €5 sim at the airport and lasted the whole trip. Visited sites were absolutely stunning and humbling. Well done and keep up the good work

Well organized trip, which covered most of things - Mirna was a good organizer who planned our trip, All the Tour guides were very punctual and looked after us well. Mirna constantly communicated with us about what and he was available all the time to answer Us, Trip is value for money, However, the ship looked outdated and most of the staff were unprofessional, but it was relatively clean and the Egyptian food was okay, for people who didn't like the food there were not many options, Overall it is an excellent trip for people who want to cover most of the attractions in a limited time,

Nile Cruise and Egypt Tours - It was a fantastic tour! I would like to thank our tour operator Mirna who was always available for anything and, above all, helped us solve a problem that arose on the morning of the last day when, after the balloon ride, a gentleman posed as our driver for the guide to the Valley of the Kings and immediately arranged for our real guide to pick us up. The tour is perfect for squeezing as much of Egypt as possible between Aswan and Luxor into a few days. It is quite tough but on a cruise you have plenty of time to relax in the afternoon by the pool. It is a nice all-inclusive package including guides, various transfers and a cruise (entrance fees to temples must be paid and are on average around 9-10€ per temple) . We recommend it!

Memorable experience - I am glad that I have made the best choice to join this 2 nights Nile Cruise package with Tui Egypt. Massive thanks to Mirna, she was very well-organised and responsive during the whole journey. She texted me everyday on WhatsApp to make sure everything was going ok with me. The daily itineraries is clearly written on the board also, but if you have any questions, Mirna is just a message away. It was worth the 2 nights stay to get to see all the historical sites from Aswan to Luxor, where also given some relaxing time to spend on the boat. The services and the food on boat were perfect. All the tour guides were helpful and informative, especially thanks to Hamdy for the half day tour around west and east bank of Luxor, you can tell he is passionated about his job. The hot air balloon is included and is a must-do! Even though we missed the dawn but still the view was absolutely spectacular! Thanks to the professional flying team and the well-trained aeronaut. I highly recommend this nile cruise package to everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Spend your money on a felucca sail for a few days. This wasn’t worth the money - We did the 2 night, 3 day cruise on the Nile. We were told we needed to be up and meeting the driver at 3:45 which we were. We met the tour guide, no introduction of who he was, just ‘get on the bus’. Two members from our group cancelled, so I got out the van to tell our drivers, who were sitting next to the van- both smoking weed, and then got in the drivers seat and proceeded to drive us to Abu Simbel doing 140kms. We did not feel safe. Our ‘tour guide’ didn’t tell us any information, just got in the back with us and slept the whole 3.5hour journey to Abu Simbel, snoring so loud that no one else could sleep. No one told us the details of the day. We thought we would get on the boat at Abu Simbel as it was on the Nile. Nope, 3.5 hour car ride all the way back to our starting point. Ridiculous. No one tells you that in the itinerary. At Abu Simbel we were there for a whole 50 minutes being rushed through the temple. Our guide spend more time sucking on cigarettes while trying to talk to us that he was impossible to understand. He spoke so quickly even without a cigarette in his mouth that we still couldn’t really make out what he was saying. He put his cigarettes out TWICE on the temple and littered, gross behaviours from people who are supposed to value and treasure these landmarks. He showed us photos and flicked through so quickly that none of us could make out what he was saying or explaining. Slept and snored the whole was back to the boat. When we tried to ask him questions he was either asleep, or he couldnt understand what anyone said so he would either ignore, or just talk about something completely different. Once on the boat, apparently 5 star, it was dirty, pillow cases not changed and only found two staff who were at all friendly. Food was okay but really nothing great. Better to spend your money in restaurants off the boat- but no, they won’t let you. In the morning of day two, they served a platter of cheese which was mouldy. Three members of our group got sick while on board. We were told to charge everything we bought to the room and then pay at the end, and then all of a sudden it was no pay now no room charging. We tried to buy water from the reception but they said no, we needed to buy it from the restaurant, i asked if we could pay for it on card at the restaurant or reception and he said no because it would ‘be too hard’. Went down to the restaurant, bought water, only had a big note to pay for the water and of course, they had ‘no change’ and won’t go out of their way to find it for you. So basically you either pay an absurd amount for water or go without. We never left on time for tours. Our tour guide was always the last one to leave the boat. Maybe that is why we were rushed through all the attractions from the get go. We eventually decided to do our own thing. On our last night on the boat, we had to be up the next morning for our hot air balloon ride so we went to bed early. Our guide called us at 10pm when we were asleep asking us where we were, why we weren’t watching the belly dancing upstairs and telling us about the next morning. He then handed the phone to reception and they told me I have a bill to pay. I asked if I could pay it in the morning, they said no. Why? I don’t know. Got up out of bed. Went down, paid, it took a whole 2 minutes. We spent 20 minutes in the morning waiting in an empty lobby for our hot air balloon guide. Why couldn’t we have just done it then?? When we were waiting, our tour guide asked US if we had the number for the hot air balloon. Why would we have it? He’s the tour guide? Anyway, before we left we were given an envelope and told to tip the boat staff- they write your room number on the envelope so they know each room tips. And they ask you why you don’t if you dont leave enough. Nothing really seemed worth it to me on the trip, maybe we’re just not cruise people but it was was really below par. Our last day was the best day we had. We had a new tour guide and he was smart, friendly and very knowledgeable. We weren’t rushed at all and we’re given plenty of time to look around and enjoy the sites. I would recommend them well over our tour guide. He was useless. You also get very pestered by a WhatsApp manager who tells you your itinerary every day and usually the times don’t match up to the actual day. If you don’t reply quick enough, you’ll get a follow up messages of “??” To make you reply quicker. Anyway, long and the short of it is, don’t bother, and if you do, spend a bit more money to have a better experience and better boat. We’ve done a lot of travelling, my fiancé and I and this boat ride was up there with one of the worst things we’ve ever done.
