• Temple of Philae - A representative will collect guests from their hotel in Aswan for a half-day tour of the enchanting city. The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Philae Temple, dedicated to Goddess Isis, the principal deity of the island. Originally situated near the vast First Cataract of the Nile in Upper Egypt, Philae was the site of an Egyptian temple complex. Since the construction of the Aswan Low Dam in 1902, these rapids and the surrounding area have experienced various levels of flooding.
• Agilkia Island - As part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, the temple complex was later dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island to protect it and other complexes before the Aswan High Dam was completed in 1970. Guests will then be transferred back to their hotel.
