An unforgettable Nubian village tour - Mohamed Salah was a very pleasant, decent and knowledgeable tour guide on our trip to the Nubian village. It was a day well spent getting to know and embracing the Nubian culture. He knew most of the locals who were extremely welcoming and hospitable. He took us to the best spice shop where we bought authentic spices and incense. Thank you Mohamed, looking forward to more tours with you!

Beautiful Nubian Village - Many thanks to Mohamed and Asef for a brilliant tour! The sunset felucca ride provided gorgeous views of the Nile and the ancient Nubian royal burial grounds. We changed over to a motorboat for our trip to Nubian Village, which was expertly steered. Throughout our tour, Mohamed shared stories about growing up in Aswan, as well as Nubian history and culture. We toured a traditional Nubian house, handled live crocodiles, and sampled hibiscus tea. I cannot thank Mohamed and Asef enough for their professionalism, hospitality, and kindness! Mashallah ❤️

Felucca boat tour with visit to Nubian village - Hemd and team were amazing. They picked us up from our hotel in a boat. The guide was very knowledgeable in the area, friendly and proud of his culture. The tour was well paced, with the guide giving us choices on what we might want more information on (i.e spices, essences and Nubian culture). He gave us multiple opportunities to further explore certain areas, we did not feel rushed at all. The felucca one hour ride is a must, very peaceful and incredible views on the Nile river. Hemd was more than happy to take hundreds of photos of us if we wanted and gave us pose ideas. Hemd offered to get us good deals for souvenirs as he knows a lot of the workers in the Nubian village. Overall, a great tour that I highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations - Ahmed was welcoming, kind, professional and the best guide I had in Egypt. I highly recommend this experience, from the felucca ride in the beginning to the motorboat sailing down the Nile at sunset and ending with the gorgeous Nubian village. The best part was dancing to Bob Marley on the felucca as the sun set. I felt comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. The tour itself is simple, so you can spend most of the time relaxing and enjoying. A steal at under $40USD!

The best Felucca experience✨ - The best sunset felucca cruise. Our guide, Aref, was cheerful, kind, and spoke excellent English. Drifting on a sailboat along the quiet lakeshore under the beautiful sunset was a truly special experience. Along the way, Aref shared stories about the land of Aswan and the Nubian people. He himself is Nubian. I feel very fortunate to have experienced Nubian pride and the Nile at sunset here in Aswan.

Must visit Nubian village and feluca ride in Aswan - We had a lovely time visiting the Nubian village and taking a feluca ride for the sunset. The guide Aref was quite knowledgeable and he explained many things very patiently to us. The houses of Nubian village are pretty and the views of Nile river are quite pretty during the ride.

Amazing tour! - We had an amazing time with our guide Mohamed Salah! He was so welcoming and friendly, and explained a lot about Aswan, Nubian culture, and the Nile River to us during the tour. We also loved the home visit in the Nubian village where we were treated to some delicious tea and snacks! Also the felucca ride was beautiful (for us it was thrilling as well since the waver were very big). Honestly it was our favorite tour of Egypt so far! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and culturally immersive experience in Aswan.

Solo/dual women travelers, please read - My guide was good, respectful and knowledgeable and in no way is he the problem, the structure and agency was the problem. I requested a female guide, didn't happen. I expected to talk with a Nubian family. I said "shukran" 3 times and hello. I thought it would be more personal, not a sales tour. Granted, the stuff I bought is good quality, but that's not what I came. After the exhausting nature of many Egyptian men as a solo traveling woman, I was looking for peace and possible time with some women for a change, I did not get this. Also, the boat ride is over half of the time of the tour. Again, no problem with the guide or any man who I interacted with, I just expected a more family and more diverse setting. If you are a solo female traveler looking for rare female connection in Egypt, this also is not for you and I don't believe it exists in this country and the segregation makes it impossible I believe. Therefore, I will not come again alone as a woman, or without another woman with me. One more time, Omar is a wonderful guide but not what I asked for. It was a fair value for what was given.
