Our Grandmothers traditions are similar to the preparation of Egypt - old recipes which you will find and prepare with us in Aswan. In this experience, you will learn to cook many of the oldest typical recipes and a dessert. We will share with you the secret ingredient, and traditional ways of preparing food as we have inherited it from generation to generation from family tradition. You will get acquainted with the spices and herbs, their use and benefits. During the experience you will make and enjoy traditional appetizers, a full meal as well as drinks such as lemon juice with mint, everything mixed with local history and folklore.
