The next day, after a restful night, a camel trek will be embarked upon to explore the dunes in the early morning light, making the experience even more magical.

Explore Merzouga Desert

Merzouga Desert - A full day in the Merzouga Desert will be filled with unforgettable experiences! The day starts with a 4x4 adventure through the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, visiting nearby nomadic Berber villages to learn about traditional desert life. Along the way, a stop at a small oasis and exploration of the Gnawa village of Khamlia will be made, where the soulful rhythms of Gnawa music, a unique desert tradition, can be enjoyed.

Afterward, the group will return to the camp for lunch and some relaxation before a sunset camel trek, journeying deeper into the dunes for an incredible view as the sun dips below the horizon. Back at the camp, a traditional Moroccan dinner will be enjoyed, and stories and music will be shared around the campfire under the breathtaking night sky—a truly immersive day in the heart of the Sahara.

Merzouga - Ouarzazate - Tizi n’Tichka - Marrakech

Ouarzazate - The journey continues via the same road of Thousand Kasbahs.

Tizi n Tichka - As the group leaves Merzouga, they will pass through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, one of Morocco’s most scenic and highest mountain routes, winding through the Atlas Mountains. While there won’t be a long break, there will be opportunities to pause along the way to capture stunning pictures of the dramatic landscape—snow-capped peaks, rugged terrain, and traditional Berber villages perched on the hillsides. It’s a beautiful, high-altitude experience that offers unforgettable panoramic views of the mountains and valleys below.

Marrakech - The journey concludes in the vibrant city of Marrakech, where the 4-day adventure comes to an end. There will be time to reflect on the incredible experiences—from the desert dunes to the mountain landscapes and historic towns. Once in Marrakech, a transfer to the airport will be arranged, where the flight can be caught, taking with unforgettable memories of Morocco’s diverse beauty and culture.
