Athens tour - Stavros was a great tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us decipher some of the Greek letters and words, too, in addition to being a stellar tour guide. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Spectacular Museum visit - This museum is spectacular because they have laid up the Partenon on the top floor the way it was with all the columns and the original parts as they were on the original structure. You look through the window and you see the Partenon on the hill. Its nothing but great imagintion to do this. Plus they have the parts of the other temples that are susceptible to damage laid out and explained. It’s a must not missed experience.

Must add to your "to do" list while in Athens - The museum is very well worth it. I enjoyed going through it without a guide so that my husband and I could go at our own paste.

Museum - Museum is nice and many statues to see. The pottery and tools very intricate. We weren’t given a headset or told where to get them so missed out on information.

Bumpy Ride - We were never emailed our actual tickets. After waiting in line I was told my voucher would not gain entry and to contact Viator. I did as instructed on what’s app and 30 minutes later they sent a link to the same voucher. It took another 20 minutes to finally get our actual tickets. Not the best experience! The museum was awesome though despite the difficulty getting in.

Tickets never arrived - We never received the tickets for the museum. We arrived at the museum in asked for assistance and was told because the tickets were booked through a third party they couldn’t do anything. I the used What’s App to contact Viator re assistance. I asked for the Museum and Parthenon emails to be resent. I received the Parthenon email with the ticket. The Museum email did not have the tickets. I informed the Viator contact and he told me he had to go and work on his system and I would have to contact them again later. By that time I less than an hour for the tour so I asked for a refund but received no response. I do expect a refund since I never received the tickets. Apparently there was a system problem since the assistant could not send the tickets and could not provide me service.

Bad Experience at the Museum - The tickets were not sent to me the day before! I called Viator to get them resent and then when sent, I could not open the files. After multiple ways to open the files with no success, I had to buy two more tickets for $30. Not happy to pay two times for the same tickets!
