A Must-See when in Athens - Must see when in Athens, but make your visit early in the morning. It gets very hot. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we learned so much about the area. We also toured the museum with her, which I highly recommend.

Excellent tour of the Acropolis - It was a very hot, very windy day but our guide, Marina, had such enthusiasm and knowledge for the ancient Greek history that it was all made worthwhile. I cannot recommend enough both the tour and our guide!

Great guide - Great guide. Knowledgeable, personable, easy to understand. We had a morning tour. It was already hot but the guide was good about keeping us in the shade when possible. Gave us some time to walk around on our own for pictures. As far as the site - it’s the acropolis - what’s not to love?

Overall really good experience - I think going with the tour made entering the acropolis and museum so much easier. They have your tickets ready at check in and assign you to a small group. The tour was helpful to understand the history of Athens and the Parthenon. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and open to any questions or commentary.

Good to see but too fast paced. - The Acropolis, although worth the visit, is very difficult to get to. There are paths and stairs that are very uneven with loose rocks and gravel. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but had a walking pace that was too fast with little time to rest. Some in our party did not make it to the top. I suggest seeing is on your own. Also bring plenty of water as there are no water stations along the way.
