There may be many people waiting for friends, relatives, or other transfer services. Therefore, please remain inside the main exit gate (within the airport). Look carefully for your driver/guide holding your nameplate.

If your flight or ship itinerary changes, or if you miss your flight and arrive on a different date, please do not assume your trip is cancelled.

Your reservation will be rescheduled for the new date. Kindly send a new email to reconfirm the new date or send an SMS text message.
