- Athens - Starting from Flat Tyres shop, we’ ll cycle on the metropolitan Athens bikelane moving to the heart of the city. Kerameikos Cemetary is the first ancient site on our way. Next up, we are going to ‘get lost’ through the Psirri district. We will get to see the Town Hall, ‘Varvakios’ the traditional and biggest food market of Athens. Through pavement streets of Athens, we ‘ll find ourselves cycling through the unique Plaka district. Reaching Syntagma Square, we will see the Greek Parliament and we will ride though the National Gardens towards our next stops, Zappeion Hall and the Panathenaic Stadium. Leaving the Kallimarmaro weâll get ride through the Zappeion, and reach the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Arch. A couple of pedal spins will take us to the Museum of Acropolis located right under the sacred rock of the Parthenon. Time for a small break at the Filopappou Hill combined with a visit at Pnyka with panoramic view to Athens. Next stop, the Greek Ancient Agora and Ancient Roman Agora. Weâll ride through the open market of modern Athens in the area of Monastiraki and through the paved streets of Thiseio we will cycle back to Petralona.

A perfect experience to get to know Athens. - An incredibly friendly local guide. A very nice tour that gives a very good Usual about Athens. It provides balanced information about the cultural attractions related to the Greek history of the country and Athens and an insight into the atmosphere of the neighbourhoods and their development. Highly recommended.
The tour isn't too long, and handling the city with a normal, lighter bike seems easier than with a heavier e-bike.
There are no major obstacles.

Informative and fun - A wonderful guided cycle through the back streets of Athens to discover the historical sites of Athens. Stavros is a knowledgeable guide and I learned a lot about the history of the city and surrounds
My phone's battery failed towards the end of the tour and Stavros allowed me to take photos with his phone which he forwarded to me via email shortly after the tour ended. This tour takes you to historical sites which cannot be reached by Bus Tour Businesses. It is mainly on quiet roads or pathways but any busy road junctions are safely negotiated by Stavros. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing Introductory Tour of Athens! - My family and I went the first day of our stay in Athens. Our guide was very patient and kind. His passion for history and for people is immediately apparent and lasts throughout the entire tour. He went out of his way to ensure our safety as well! Riding bikes is the ideal way to tour the Athens, and this tour made it so much easier to navigate the city in the following days of our trip. Thank you Flat Tyres!!

Wonderful overview of city - Great history of Greece. We did this in our first day and had a nice overview of what to do next. Guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Fantastic, covering so many place with great knowledge - This was fantastic, we looked at a lot of options before booking this, Seqways and other electric options but decide to do the normal bike. When booking I struggled to understand why this one had a lot more that it visited, when we started the tour we saw all the other tours and due to the road and amount of tourists they struggle to get around to all the areas we were able to. This really was a highlight of our trip to Greece, our tour guide Stavros has a very in depth knowledge of the areas history and made the experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend this experience

Fun and informative bike tour of Athens - Stavros is the owner and guide. He tailored the tour to our speed and interests. He was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting by taking us to back alleys, flea markets, fish/meat market, and many historical sites. We were mostly on quiet roads that were flat and easy to pedal. There were a few short hills.
