Enjoyable and Informative Food Tour - We'd thoroughly enjoyed our Taste of Athens Food Tour. We were joined by 8 more more people for the small group tour. Our very friendly and knowledgeable guide was fantastic and a real credit to Truevoyagers. She took us to several different establishments around Athens over the course of 3 hours or so where we sampled all sorts of wonderful authentic greek food both savoury and sweet. Our guide was also very informative about the sights and attractions of Athens so we felt like we understood a lot more about the City after we did the tour. Nobody went home hungry!

Enjoyable varied tour - Great tour, great variety. The tour host was excellent, super friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the stop at the honey shop, really interesting and the difference in taste between honies was eye opening. Also thought the value was great.

So much food! - A little over 3 hours on an afternoon tour of 6 stops and a mountain of food. This was a great experience with Katerina and a lovely group. The honey stop was a highlight, something a little different. The charcuterie was outstanding, the souvlaki amazing and the taverna showcased mezedes well. The walking between stops was short and the interest level and energy created by our guide was excellent.

Greek food! - Our local tour guide Katerina (sorry if I misspelled it) was fun, friendly, and informative! The 3 hours we spent around the Psirri and tasting the authentic foods with Katerina makes you feel comfortable knowing you have an experienced guide. She definitely made learning about Greek food fun! My favorite part of our tour was a table full of food and sharing with your new friends. Try everything you won’t be disappointed! Don’t wear long pants because you walk through a fish market and will get fish juice on them if they touch the ground.

Taste of Athens, with an amazing tour guide Lucus - We did three tastes Torres and this was our favorite. Our guide Lucus with kind, patient, fun and very informative of the food, the Greek culture and Athens. And the food stop with some amazing wines were sublime. Would love to do this tour again with our kids, provided we could get Lucus . Thank you sir.

Great introduction to Athens - We had a great time Lucas our guide was amazing. He pulled us all together. Help us created. A really convivial enjoyable experience gave us lots of background about history and current Greek politics and as well as the food, we would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent tour - This was a great introduction to the culture, food and hospitality of the Greek people. The tour was a nice size group of 8. Dimitri was enthusiastic and engaging; the perfect ambassador sharing the pride and hospitality of the Greek community . Go hungry. We did the evening tour and it was truly a food crawl.

Great way to spend a few hours eating and walking around Athens! - This food tour exceeded my expectations! The variety of stops was impressive and it was honestly too much food :) We had five stops, including a couple of pastries to start us off, a casual but extremely delicious gyro, a food court type charcuterie tasting, THEN a sit down full family style meal at a local restaurant, and finally a small baklava at a bakery. Our guide Katerina was lovely and so accommodating making sure everyone was happy and eating things they enjoyed. The small group size was perfect (we had 11), it didn't feel like we were an obnoxious group. Personally, my only feedback would be to still stop at the food court market, but maybe don't indulge in the cheese and meat there - it wasn't particularly Greek, and I think it left most people too full to fully enjoy the sit down meal. But overall, I could have maybe paced myself better if I had known what was still coming :)
