Fun, and great value - Marina is very professional, and very knowledgeable about Greek cuisine. In a short 1.5 hours time, we learned a lot about Greek food and how to prepare it. And at the end we got to enjoy a delicious meal that Marina prepared in front of us, accompanied by a glass of nice local wine. Highly recommend to any foodies with limited time in Athens

Wonderful Experience - Marina was a wonderful host! We met at a local market and learned about the neighborhood and the different produce before heading back to her restaurant. The neighborhood was very nice and beautiful to walk through. We very much enjoyed learning about the cooking techniques and traditional foods we had not experienced before. She was kind enough to give us advice on our upcoming travels! The atmosphere was great and the food delicious!

Greek flavors - Absolutely enjoyed the experience. My husband and I are vegetarian and Marina was able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and actually helped us make gyros with celery root! The cooking tips were great as was the quality of ingredients and the end result. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Greece beyond the sights.

Great - I took my 16 and 13y/o nephew to Chef Marinas home for this Greek Cooking class. She was welcoming and engaging. She coached then through a meal prep of pita bread, pork meat, tzaki sauce (excuse my spelling but it’s the white yogurt one) and fresh Greek salad. She was patient, professional and warm. We would recommend this class to anyone who is looking for a relaxed but stimulating activity to learn about Greek culture!

Favorite excursion - Marina was the sweetest host. She greeted us at the door and walked us up to her homey apartment. She taught us how to cook typical euros, tzatziki sauce, Greek salad, and how to crisp the pita bread! She was very skilled with her culinary knowledge and Greek seasonings. We sat around the table and ate family style and had great conversation with wine and music. It was the perfect last night of our Europe trip! Thank you Marina

Private Cooking Class - We took our 19 year old grandson to Greece to celebrate his high school graduation. A highlight of our time in Athens was a private cooking class in the home of the charming Chef Marina.Not only was it great fun to cook with her and learn how to make Tsadiki (hers was the best ever!), Gyro, potatoes and string beans, it was a memorable experience being with her in her home and getting the taste and flavor of every day life in Athens. Not to be missed! Highly recommended.

Ok class but great food - I thought the cooking class was good and the food was delicious. I wish the chef would have taught us more (she did give us the freedom to participate and/or watch) but she didn’t really explain what she was doing and/or the particular brand of ingredients she was using. It wasn’t much of a class to me because of that. But the food was great. The price is a bit high for what you get through, especially since as I mentioned before, she doesn’t really talk much or really teach you how to make stuff.
