Greek Food! Try it all!! - The morning tour guide was friendly, excited, and knowledgeable about all the local eateries and landmarks. The Bougasta at Bougatsadiko Thessaloniki was delicious and watching Greek coffee being made at Mokka were my favorite! The authentic local dishes at Taverna was a great way to end the tour and finish filling your belly! I could just eat the Gigantes Plaki just as a dish alone! Try everything! You won’t be disappointed.

The best guide you can find! - I had such a wonderful day. Lef was passionate and cheerful right from the start, and took us on a fun tour around the city, offering us great bites of food (food to eat, and food for thought!). I would highly recommend!

How do we love Greek food? Let us count the ways… - The “Gregarious Greek” (aka Kostas!) hosted the most fabulous gastronomic adventure we could have ever imagined! We surely did sample foods which more than delighted our palates from “soup to nuts.” Not only did he share information about the “iconic Greek foods,” but he also explained the preparation involved as well as the history of how it became “iconic.” We got to stop all along to chat with locals whom he knew, so we knew he was the “real deal.” At one stop we met one of his friends who had arranged a food photo shoot for a social media post, and we got to sample some of the dishes!! The new “taste sensations” at all our stops were simply “sensational”! We fell in love with Greek cuisine, and Kostas is the reason! He was the perfect host to introduce us to the “real deal.” Thank you, Kostas! And thank you, Greece!

Great fun and tons of good food - We had an amazing time on our food tour. Costas was an energetic guide who somehow remembered all 10 of our names. We even saw him the next day and he still remembered them! But, the food was great. We were able to taste things from a number of different locations and got some fun and helpful info about the city along the way, that we ended up using later. We went to a number of well known local haunts to try the local fare. But, we also ended with this crazy large feast where we tried every other Greek food that we hadn't yet tried. We were all stuffed. I couldn't eat the rest of the day. Well maybe a little gelato right before bed. But it was all absolutely delicious and fun.

Food with Mary - A very interesting culinary tour of Athens. English speaking guided tour of Mary was good. A visit to the market halls in the late afternoon is rather off-putting. Otherwise nice tour.
