Monastery of Hosios Loukas - An important monument of Middle Byzantine architecture and art and a Unesco world heritage site. The monastery of Hosiος Loukas is considered to be one of the largest and most significant monuments of the Middle-Byzantine Period. It is situated near ancient Steirida in a beautiful and unique landscape. The monastery of Hosios Loukas is situated at a scenic site on the slopes of Mount Helicon. It was founded in the early 10th century AD by the hermit, Venerable (Greek: Hosios) Luke of Steiris (Greek: Lukas), whose relics are kept in the monastery to this day.

Delphi Archaeological Museum - One of the principal museums of Greece and one of the most visited over the years. The Archaeological Museum of Delphi presents the history of the famous Delphic sanctuary and the most prominent Oracle of the ancient Greek world. The collection of the museum presents some of the most important works of ancient Greek art, covering the period from the 2nd millennium BC, before the foundation of the Sanctuary, until Late Antiquity, when a small Christian community was established in Delphi.

Arachova - Arachova Town, Sterea Greece: A mountainous town in mainland Greece, only 2 and a half hours drive from Athens. Built at an altitude of 980 metres, Arachova stands on the slopes of Mount Parnassus and only 8 km from the archaeological site of Delphi, the centre of the world according to the myth. Its traditional architecture distinguishes for the paved streets, the stone houses, the small balconies and the lovely squares. At the entrance of Arachova, there is a lovely bridge with panoramic view to the mountain slopes and the Gulf of Itea.

The Ancient Theater of Delphi - This extensive mountainside hosts a spectacular archaeological complex containing the remains of the sanctuaries of Apollo and Athena Pronaia, as well as an ancient stadium and theater.The theater at Delphi is build further up the hill from the Temple of Apollo and it presented the seated audience with a spectacular view of the entire sanctuary below and the valley beyond. It was built in the 4th c. B.C. our of local Parnassus limestone and was remodeled several times subsequently.
Its 35 rows can accommodate around five thousand spectators who in ancient times enjoyed plays, poetry readings, and musical events during the various festivals that took place periodically at Delphi. The lower tiers of seats were built during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. -
