Beautiful views - Our guide was very knowledgeable and the site and landscape was amazing. There were some difficult guests and the guide did a great job of managing them, she was very accommodating.

A beautiful and historically significant archeological site, and a worthwhile day trip from Athens - This day trip from Athens to Delphi started with a meetup at a centrally located hotel in Athens after which we rode a bus that would take our group to the historical site of Delphi. Our guide at the time knew a lot about the history and mythology of Athens and most of the spots we passed on our way to Delphi and happily recounted these to us. And this was even more so once we'd arrived at the archeological site of Delphi itself, she gave us a briefing about the key structures before we were given some free time to roam by ourselves. Afterwards, we all went to the museum where we were able to see even more precious artifacts.

Phenomenal tour, we highly recommend! - We enjoyed a phenomenal tour of the Sanctuary of Apollo in Delphi lead by a very knowledgeable and gracious tour guide, Vicki. We had plenty of time to explore the ruins hear about the mythology and history associated with the God Apollo and the people who built the temple, buildings and statues, and stories of the Pythia and the people who traveled from all over to the Sanctuary to request an oracle from the Pythia. Vicki took us through the museum at the site to see the many treasures, works of art and architecture from over the centuries excavated from the site, and the day capped off with a lunch (optional) at the nearby Amalia Hotel. NOTE: It’s a long day with a lot of walking and stairs and not wheelchair friendly. My partner and I both had joint surgery early in the summer and used walking poles to help with the tough spots.

Worthwhile Tour - The site itself was beautiful. Our guide was excellent. We were expecting lunch to be at a restaurant in town (Taverna To Patriko ma). But generally well worth it.

Definitely a must do! - Everything was perfect!! The history, the mythology, the archeological sights and museum. Our tour guide Xania was the best, passionate and knowledgeable in every aspect!! I opted to do lunch on my own in the town, so I could buy my souvenirs. I had lunch at a picturesque restaurant called Phivos where the Moussaka was heavenly, truly the best I’ve ever had! Totally an “eat, pray, love” moment!

Authentic day in Delphi - The trip was informative, fun, and delightful. It was amazing to see such wonderful ruins. The museum was excellent and the lunch was delicious.

Great tour but skip the lunch included option - Our tour guide Jordan was great! Very educational and easy to understand. You receive about 45 minutes to explore the site on your own after the tour and then head to the museum. I would skip the lunch option. The food was a prefix menu at some hotel and not very good. If you don’t do the lunch option, you get dropped off in the village of Delphi and can eat at where you want and shop too. Which would have been preferable.
