  A collaboration of the finest traditional music performers from the city have teamed up with the culinary expertise of Chef Panagiotis Vasilatos, renowned for his skill in fusing timeless classics with contemporary styles. Together, they’ve crafted the inaugural Greek music & gastronomy pairing event, featuring food and beverages.

The evening promises a feast for the senses with food, drink, song, and the opportunity for dance to the accompaniment of drums, lutes, violins, and flutes. A culinary journey through appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts, complemented by spirits and liqueurs, will transport you to the Ionian Islands, the Peloponnese, Crete, the Cyclades, Thrace, Epirus, and finally to the Northern Aegean and Asia Minor.

• Twisted Mousaka - Instead of minced beef, the dish is prepared with slow-cooked pork, a cherished technique found in Thrace’s cuisine.
• Sweet Marinade - Marinated anchovy, a must-know receipe amongst fishermen in the Cyclades , lying on top of tomato chutney
• Halva - Slightly warm samolina cake with raisins, honey and cinnamon. A recipe brought to us by Greeks of Smyrna
