• loannou Paparrigopoulou 15 - In this seminar, Elisavet Rodopoulou will impart the weaving customs of her family. Attendees will be thoroughly introduced to the art of tapestry weaving as practiced in the Tsakonian tradition. They will have the chance to try their hand at a table loom and handcraft their own textile creations using indigenous materials. Participants will also acquire hands-on expertise and understanding in setting up the warp, preparing the loom, and crafting basic as well as intricate geometric designs. The workshop welcomes both novices and those with prior weaving experience.
