- Your English- speaking driver will explain about the ancient monuments that you are about to visit, the ancient history of Greece and interesting facts about historical and modern-day Greece but is not allowed by law to accompany you in the sites. If you wish to have a licensed tour guide to accompany you into the sites, we will help you arrange a licensed tour guide to be with you at an extra cost
- Your tour is totally private. No unknown passengers will participate in your group.
- Infant car seats are available upon request

Great way to have customized your if Athens in one day - Great full day of Athens. Prompt hotel pickup. Enjoyed our tour with a group of friends. We rooms a lot of great photos! Revisions were graciously made to our itinerary to accommodate our groups request. Comfortable accommodations. Water was provided. Great way to see highlights of Athens in one day and getting exposure to Greek history. Highly recommend!

A great experience w Panos & HP Tours. - Frank & his team at HP Tours did a great job organizing & executing our tours on the Greek mainland. Panos was a wonderful driver & informal guide throughout our Greek travels. Panos was excellent; friendly, on time, knowledgeable, helpful, very good English. We toured sounion, Delphi, meteora, and Athens w Panos. Also, the expert guides that HP organized for us in each of the sites were top notch. I highly recommend HP, Frank, and Panos.

Wonderful tour - Our tour guide Ianna was superb and our bus driver Costas was the best. In spite of the extreme heat in summertime in Athens we had a wonderful experience. The Acropolis, the Plaka, the Olympic stadium, the city tour, temple of Zeus, all terrific! We decided to skip a couple stops due to the heat but our guide and driver took excellent care of us.

A personalized tour of Athens! - We arrived on a busy ship day in Athens (4 ships!). We were grateful we had booked this tour for just the four of us. Our driver/guide Jimmy was wonderful! Knowledgeable and fun, he was also able to improvise our tour to make sure we always stayed ahead of the cruise tour buses and their crowds. 2 of the four had rolling walkers and he was always able to get us right next to the entrances of the sites without having miles of walking to do. He was also able to arrange for the elevator at the Parthenon to take us to the top and back down. His restaurant recommendation, Attalos, next to the Agora was also spot on. I highly recommend this tour (and Jimmy!) to anyone who wants to feel they are on a tour designed just for them!

Atene tour Top quality - Guided tour of Athens with guide Gimmy.
Beautiful experience. Arrived in Athens with the cruise ship, they picked us up at the port exit on time.
HELLENIC PRIVATE TOUR is a serious and reliable tour operator. Friendly and helpful driver. He explained many curiosities about Athens and its surroundings.
Tour organized very well and have accommodated our needs.
We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Child seat available in the car. Fresh water available.
Punctual and prepared.
We recommend to everyone
Fair price and much cheaper than tours offered by ships.

Amazing Tour of Athens! - Panos was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond explaining to us the history of the Acropolis, Agora, and other historical sights. Panos drove us to all the major sites and even some unique attractions like the changing of the guard. Panos was extremely responsive when we were ready to leave a site and head onto the next attraction. Panos was extremely friendly as well and always had bottles of water ready for us - it was a hot day when we went on this tour. We also went to a fantastic non-touristy lunch spot. I highly recommend this tour - it really could not have been better!

Wonderful time in Athen with Hellenic Private Tour… - Michael is our driver, very honest, kind and helpful. He is very pleasant, it clearly shows that he cares our comfort and ease during the trip. Very knowledgeable about Athen and explained very well. Very good conversation during our ride.. I was feeling like I know more about Athen than my own hometown, at least for this moment 😁..
I highly recommend this tour and Michael is great !!

Guide Makes Everything Better - Frank was incredibly accommodating. We had two wheelchairs with us and getting around was challenging. Frank did everything with a smile.
He was knowledgeable, on time, and had a great personality. The combination made this an unforgettable experience for us. Definitely use Frank!

Unbeatable experience - Most memorable parts of my trip were seeing the Parthenon and climbing the Acropolis, as well as viewing the city of Athens at night from the top of Lycabettus.
