Awesome driver make for an educational & fabulous day in Athens! - John was an awesome tour driver. He gave us historical ¤t life information. He took us to the places that he felt should give us a good experience of Athens old-Acropolis&New- awesome museum.
Changing of guard was fascinating!
I walk w/a cane so he was very attentive to my need for less walking & elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our generous tour day w/John!

Overview of Athens by Car - Our driver, Jan, arrived right on time and was attentive & accommodating throughout the journey. We were seeking an “overview” of Athens to get feel for the city & places we might want to visit on another journey, so we asked for his recommendations in that regard. Keeping in mind that drivers are not licensed tour guides in Greece, he was a bit surprised we didn’t want to visit/go inside sites such the Acropolis. He was a native of Athens & had much information to offer & kept apologizing for not having a “tour guide’s” depth of knowledge. We were very happy with our overview & considered the “half-day tour” a success for our purposes. We learned a lot about Athens, and saw parts of the city not included in a more typical tour (e.g., the less savory sections of town), which was exactly what we wanted. Overall, a memorable experience.

Wonderful experience in Greece - Both the tours in Santorini and in Athens were fantastic. The guide, Tasos, in Santorini took his time to explain both the history and economy of Santorini. He took us all over the island. He even took us to a winery that was closing and had them open it up to give us a private tour and a taste of its wine. Our guide in Athens took us to all the main sites and allowed us to take all the time we needed.

Book with them! - Three of us had an 8 hour layover in Athens so we hired My Athens Transfers to pick us up at the airport, give us a tour of Athens, and drop us back off. Nick arrived and dropped us off in a timely fashion. He drove us by some interesting land marks, explained what they were, and dropped us off at the The Acropolis and the Museum. We were advised to buy tickets ahead of time so we could skip the lines. Great advice, thanks! I highly recommend MY Athens Transfers. They were less expensive when I contacted them and booked directly.

Best of Athens Half Day - The private tour through MyAthensTransfers was absolutely wonderful. We had a amazing driver/guide Panos. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave a lot of history and background on the sites we saw. You get to see all the highlights around the city on this tour and the company even pre-purchased our tickets to the Acropolis and Acropolis Museum to make it easier on us. All around my family and I thought the tour was great and worth the money.

Half day of highlights - My family took the highlights of Athens tour. Our driver, Peter, was friendly and attentive. He gave much information about the sights and about Athens in general. Our only regret is not having enough time to stroll through the shops that we saw during the tour, since we stayed far from the city center. Otherwise, a very enjoyable experience! Thank you, Peter, for a memorable day!

Best of Athens in 4 hrs! - Constantine met us promptly and not only accommodated whatever requests , he did a wonderful job guiding us around and had an amazing knowledge of the history of Athens. He offered suggestions for dining and made the entire time relaxing and so informative. Would highly recommend! Felt like I did a lot in our 4 hrs!

Great overview of Athens. - We enjoyed the self tour of the Parathnon although we were a little confused at first as to what we were getting. We took a wrong turn exiting the Acropolis but the guide found us. Our guide was very informative and provided a great overview of the city. 5 stars for his commentary.
